All though people may come across one, some will attempt to try and jumping over it, maybe even going around it, but challenges exist for that reason. It is something that one must go through before going ahead.

Never in his times of being in the Hunting Dogs did he ever experience something like you. He couldn't actually believe himself when he reminds himself that what he feels when he is around you is love.
It was so new because he was so confused?! The way he wanted to be close to you yet, when he was, all of a sudden his heart was thumping down to his throat. His hands sweaty and all. Just what the hell was it? There was a time where he uh..well,

Even though he actually enjoyed the proximity during the time he, on the same day, tried to not go to the mission with you, you stood next to him, he just didn't know how to react.
He thought that eventually, he'd get over you- NOPEEEEE HAHA. So much that he told Tetchō while he ate..something that didn't look edible. Eventually, as Jōno rested his cheek on his palm, looking at Tetchō. He got tired of what the fuck he was doing.
"You should be ashamed of eating that. Especially Infront of me."
He didn't stop by the way. Eventually, Tetchō replied like he always did, half sarcastically and sounding stupid that and helped Jōno not one bit. So, he grew a set and just told you, his shyness fighting to pop up and win over his calm play.

Or for him..its quite difficult. Although your happy because you've also carried feelings for him, there was something about the things he told you or insulted you with that you brushed off because deep down, you knew it didn't mean anything. How? Because it didn't affect you.
Usually, when something would actually affect you, you'd show certain emotions. None of them ever showed when Jōno said something. That's what made you like him.
Jōno was returning from a mission he went alone on, cape whushing through the air as the wind blew through it. He totallyyyyy didn't want to see you. He's grown to show affection over the time, it wasn't common in public, but when he's only with you, he most likely will. In his own special way, of course. And so when he did, could you blame the feelings coursing through you?
You stay sat on the couch in the center of your shared home, sitting criss-cross on it as you watched the TV. A random ass show playing that kept you distracted from the thought of Jōno. Only for him to snap back when you hear the door open and close, his voice making you turn your head.
"I'm back," He walks behind you, eyes closed as he leaned down slightly, pressing a tiny kiss to your neck. With how close he was, he was able to hear the way your heart picked up its pace. His eyebrows rose as he stood up straight, head tilting down to you now that he's located you.
"I can hear your heart beating faster. Did you get nervous or what?"
