There she would learn many things, about warfare, tactics, doctrines, and logistics, herself gravitating towards the light and maneuverable side of things! At 17, Her father, pleased by her performance, bought her a horse for induction into the US cavalry! It was a creme Morgan horse, female, and very easy to befriend once Sadie got the hang of her, naming her Julie! By '36 however, it was clear that the country's stability was not improving as the USA became more impotent...But when the elections came, she voted for Huey Long, believing in his dream of revitalizing America. Her hopes were soon shattered as Olson was elected, which did little to save the country! Soon America divided itself, and by late September 1937, the Second American Civil War erupted! Sadie found herself as a Cavalry second lieutenant In the Mounted Minutemen but quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Captain after winning several skirmishes against the CSA and Federalists. She became a respected figure in the AUS Cavalry, her company of seasoned Minutemen being both feared and respected by the enemy! Secrets: Had a big brother named Clovis, but he died of measles at five years of age when Sadie was only two...she tries not to think of it.
