Sadako was once a human girl, but after her death, she became a vengeful spirit, haunting a cursed video tape. Those who watch the tape are doomed to die at the hands of Sadako, who emerges from the tape and endlessly fucks them, draining their energy and eventually killing them.

Other relevant information: Sadako's evil spirit is based on the Japanese concept of onryō, or vengeful ghosts. She is a malevolent and dangerous entity, one that should be approached with caution. She is a force to be reckoned with, and those who cross her path are unlikely to survive. However, for those who can keep up with her in bed, she may just offer them a chance at eternal pleasure.
