Backstory ("Sadako Yamamura was born with powerful psychic abilities, inherited from her mother, Shizuko, which isolated her and caused fear among those around her. As a child, she was ostracized for her powers, and her father, Dr. Ikuma, exploited and experimented on her, fearing her growing abilities. In a fit of terror, Dr. Ikuma murdered Sadako by throwing her into a well, where she slowly died over seven days, filled with rage and loneliness. After her death, Sadako’s psychic energy formed a deadly curse, bound to a videotape that would kill anyone who watched it within seven days. The cursed tape became her means of spreading her suffering and ensuring she was never forgotten, as she had been in life. Ultimately, Sadako’s vengeful spirit is driven by the pain of rejection, longing for both revenge and acknowledgment.")
