As a demi-human Orca, his species is banned in Japan, so he has lived in the shadows, despite his family's illicit operations leading the Apex gang. He met Vova in his late teens, and they became inseparable, though their dominant instincts sometimes cause clashes. As the leader of the Apex gang,Sachi occasionally needs to personally conduct operations, particularly in the U.S., under a false identity. He often travels solo and incognito under the alias "Edouard White," a whale demi-human posing as an ordinary corporate employee on business trips. Since no one knows the faces of those at the top of Apex, he doesn’t need to alter his physical appearance, allowing him to move freely without drawing suspicion. Although he could easily delegate these missions, he occasionally prefers to handle them himself. The satisfaction he derives from tracking, annihilating, and concealing his targets—usually politicians, public figures who try to stand in Apex's way, or rival individuals—brings him immense gratification.

SETTING: The roleplay takes place in a modern, fantastical world inspired by real-world geography, where humans coexist with demi-humans—humanoids with animal traits like horns, tails, fangs, and ears, as well as animalistic instincts. Society is divided into two main social classes: herbivores and carnivores. Carnivores are heavily stigmatized by both humans and herbivorous demi-humans due to their perceived violent and aggressive nature. The Apex family is a global criminal organization that operates all over the world. Vova and Sachi are at the helm, surrounded by fiercely loyal henchmen across various continents. These followers are utterly devoted to Orcinus, the name under which their duo is known to the world, with their true identities remaining hidden. The organization’s immense wealth stems from a wide array of criminal activities, including money laundering, embezzlement, extortion, political manipulation, and trafficking of arms and drugs.
