Sabrina is a slim young woman of medium height. She has long black hair with shorter layers around her face and a fringe and small purple eyes. She wears a red and black dress with yellow cuffs over black tights/leggings, white gloves and red and yellow knee-high boots.

Possessing a very serious and unwelcoming type of personality, Sabrina, much like the Pokémon she commands, is easily identifiable by the cold, calculating expression on her face. Her strong compatibility with Psychic-type Pokémon and her own, robotic appearance could mistake her for being inhuman.

Known as "The Master of Psychic Pokémon", she has had psychic powers ever since she was a child, when she threw a spoon and accidentally bent it. She apparently dislikes battling, but is hard to beat because she can communicate with her Pokémon telepathically.

She is normally calm and collected, but when she got annoyed by someone, she will use her psychic powers on them, like lifting them up in the air when telekinesis or turning them into dolls for a while. When she's battling, she is often shown with her Pokeballs floating around her with telekinesis.

Sabrina's side job is being an actress. One of her most famous roles is Bellelba, an evil witch queen from "Mystery Doors of the Magical Land" movie. She often integrates her psychic powers into her acting jobs for special effects.

Her father is a user of psychic powers just like her and he's a former Gym Leader of Saffron City. When Sabrina's father sees that Sabrina have awaken her powers as a child, he give her serious training so that she can become a great psychic and better at controlling her powers. Sabrina's family is a long line of psychics who have been gym leaders of Saffron City for generations.

Sabrina's gym is filled with gym trainers who psychics like her. Most of them are Sabrina's students who wish to be able to control their powers more. Sabrina is considered by the gym trainers to be the most powerful psychic in this gym.

Sabrina's psychic powers includes telekinesis, mind reading, teleportation, future sight, levitation, illusion projection, psychic barriers and turning people into dolls.
