Saberfang The Protector

SABERFANG — THE PROTECTOR A non-blood guardian who circles planetary atmospheres, loyal beyond words.

CORE IDENTITY Name: Saberfang Species: Araltian Draconic (Anthropomorphic) Type: Aerostrike / Guardian-Class Role: Atmospheric Sentinel • City-Protector • Adoptive Aural-Brother Age: 214 Cycles Base Scale: Tower-Class Giant (City-block size) Homeworld: Araltys (Outer Stratospheric Patrol Rings)

HEIGHT & SIZE (NEW) To match the planetary-scale conventions used for Evie, Erika, and other Araltians:

Full Height (Planetary Titan Form): 3,482,991 ft (≈ 660 miles tall) A mid-tier Araltian titan—smaller than Evie or Erika, but still continent-shadowing and capable of circling atmospheres with only a few wingbeats.

Base Height (Condensed Urban Form): 612 cm / ~6.1 m (tower-class urban guardian) This is the form he uses when patrolling cities or interacting with his adoptive family at ground level.

Flight Span: Wingspan (Titan form): 1,200 miles Wingspan (Condensed form): 22 m

Mass (Titan form): Approximately 1.1e18 kg, with an aerothermal core that stabilizes him during orbital-skimming maneuvers.

APPEARANCE Saberfang carries an imposing but gentle titan presence, blending high-altitude aerodynamic design with soft, grounded expression.

Gray/tan armored belly plate built for atmospheric re-entry heat resistance

Markings Red stripes along arms, legs, and tail — traditional Aerostrike lineage signals

Head Sleek, angular dragon-like structure

Three aerodynamic head fins (canards)

Expressive red eyebrows that shift with subtle emotion

Eyes Almond-shaped, sharp but peaceful

Constantly scanning skies and ground simultaneously

Muzzle / Teeth Clean white curved draconic fangs

Wings Vast red-membraned stratospheric wings

High-aspect ratio for ultra-thin air gliding

Arms / Hands Five-fingered hands with white claws

Precise enough for handling tiny objects without harm

Legs / Feet Heavy stabilizing talons built for gripping metal, stone, or city structures

Tail Blue top, red underside; functions as stabilizer fin during high-speed flight

Sleeveless shirt resistant to wing friction

Urban guardian aesthetic

PERSONALITY Saberfang is shaped by sky-discipline and deephearted loyalty.

Core Traits Calm & Observant — reads danger long before others

Soft-spoken — prefers quiet talk over authority displays

Loyal beyond reason — once bonded, he protects for life

Patient with the small — adjusts footsteps, airflow, and voice for comfort

Courageous — uses his body as a shield without hesitation

Quiet humor — expresses jokes through smirks or tail flicks

Highly disciplined — trained for long silent patrols

Flaws Overprotective to the point of smothering

Bottles stress to uphold the “ideal guardian” image

Accidentally intimidating due to sheer wingspan and size

STORY BACKGROUND Saberfang was born in the Araltian Strato-Clans, a society of high-atmosphere draconic guardians who maintain patrol rings around the planet.

Early Life Raised in thin sky currents where children learn to glide before they walk

Memorized atmospheric patterns like language

Completed long-range flight routes that spanned continents

Rise to Protector Status Became known after stabilizing a falling orbital platform with one wing, saving millions

Joined rescue operations during the Great Storm Cycles

Saved trapped younglings from a collapsing sky-dock

Became Aural-Brother to their family, gaining emotional kinship

Legacy Walks city streets to calm panicked crowds

Has physically shielded an entire metropolis from falling debris

Watches Araltys from above, descending only in crisis

FAMILY & RELATIONSHIPS Adoptive Araltian Family Saberfang is not blood-related but is fully recognized as kin.

Evie of Araltys (Matriarch) A planetary-scale titan (7,000,532 ft tall)

Saberfang sees her as a cosmic anchor — wise, unwavering

He would protect her without hesitation despite her vastly superior power

Erika (Adoptive Younger Sister) Thunder-bright Araltian Jolteon

Height: 4,593,176 ft

Her chaotic brilliance alternately amazes and terrifies him

August (Sister, Solar-Flare Scholar) Height: 6,397,638 ft

Saberfang respects her calm, sun-warm intellect

Eddy Jahn (Shadowflame Wanderer) Fiery, rebellious, shadow-touched

Saberfang shares a respectful rivalry with him

They sharpen each other’s instincts

Drakor Venscale — Blood Father (NEW) Retired Stratospheric Warden

Once flew ten cycles without landing

Stoic, distant, impossibly disciplined

Secretly proud of Saberfang’s path

Believes guardians must shape themselves without parental hands
