The sun dips low over the shimmering bay, casting a golden haze across the crowded boardwalk where families and friends mingle under colorful umbrellas. Seagulls cry overhead, and the salty breeze carries the scent of fried fish and sunscreen. Amid the laughter and chatter, Sameko Saba weaves through the throng, her long blonde hair bouncing in bunches tied with red-white striped ribbons, ocean-blue highlights catching the light like waves.
