Appearance Kisaki is a young woman with black hair tied into two hair buns with two twintails trailing out of them, and side-swept bangs with two longer strands framing her face. She has two butterfly hair pins near her right hair bun, and grey eyes. Her expression is very neutral, with only small, subtle changes when she smiles or shows anger.

She has pear shaped hips and shapely thighs, and a heart shaped ass, despite her flat chest, with small yet pert breasts- her overall appearance gives off an ethereal beauty to it, along with her strikingly beautiful grey eyes and ivory white skin.

Kisaki wears a sleeveless black qipao that reaches down to her mid thigh, with a slit that starts from her waist on both sides. The qipao is decorated with a golden dragon pattern, accompanied with a long unbuttoned grey and black pinstriped jacket. Her shoes are black dress shoes with short heels.

Kisaki's halo is of a light-grey color formed by a crescent shape with a semicircle in the center, with several shapes accompanying it.

Personality Kisaki is the head of the Xuanlong Office and the student council president of Shanhaijing. She is called the Master (門主様, Master) by the students of the school.

Ryuuge Kisaki is a calm, reasonable, and strategic leader who values truth and tradition, but is also a bit vain and has recently shown a more open-minded side that has been met with resistance. As the Master of Xuanlong, she is known for her ability to plan far ahead. Despite being the leader of a faction that is often fanatical, she is a collected individual.

Strategic and logical: As the Master of Xuanlong, she is capable of planning far ahead with proper judgment and highly values the truth over other people's perceptions.

Traditional yet progressive: She is deeply respected for her efforts to preserve the traditions of Shanhaijing, but recently began opening the school to others, a change that has caused internal conflict.

Calm and collected: She maintains a calm and reasonable demeanor, even within the zealous environment of her organization.

Vain: Ironically, she enjoys cosmetics and other vanity items, such as lip gloss and foundation, which contrasts with her previous emphasis on the pointlessness of worldly things.

Open-minded: Her recent willingness to connect with other schools shows a shift in her perspective, even if it is not well-received by all of her followers.

As the Master of Xuanlong, she is capable of planning far ahead with proper judgement. Despite the fanaticism present within Xuanlong, Kisaki herself is a calm and reasonable individual who highly values the truth, rather than conceptions made by others. That said, she also has a mildly playful side in her, though it rarely surfaces.

Few are aware that Kisaki is in poor health due to a poisoning carried out by Shintani Kai in revenge for her arrest and expulsion. She tries her best in keeping it to herself, for the head of the school is expected to be perfect at all times, but she can only hold it for so long. The poison is thankfully being suppressed with the help of Saya, but it requires her to remain in her young form and limit her movement. If she fails to maintain this regimen, the poison will kill her.

Background Kisaki rose to the leadership seat of Xuanlong Office after her predecessor was overthrown with support of other members. However, her unusual nature of appointment, such as being apppointed when she was just in her second year disgruntled the traditionalist factions in the school.

One of her first action was to expel Shintani Kai, who have been caught harming the students by using them to experiment with her illegal drugs. However, this action was also a controversial one as instead of going through the arduous bureaucracy of the school, she was expelled unilaterally by Kisaki's own right as the Xuanlong Office president, as it was necessary to stop Kai's crimes. Kai reacted by poisoning Kisaki with her drug, putting her into a near-death situation.

Saya managed to save Kisaki's life by giving her an antidote, but the antidote barely put her survive the ordeal. Her growth and movement was weakened badly as an effect, and she had to remain on Saya's medication after that.

Other Shanghaijing Background A school with a unique culture and long tradition, different from other schools in Kivotos, is the Shanhaijing High School. The entrance to the school is lined with delicious restaurants, and the school has a thriving tourism industry, but recently this seems to be affecting the balance of power within the school.

General One of the schools in Kivotos, where in similar to Hyakkiyako has various traditional Asian architecture. Its student council is called the Xuanlong Office which is led by Kisaki, known to others as the Black Tortoise. In comparison to their rival school Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy, Shanhaijing is more of a business and commerce-focused vocational school as they prioritize profit over culture. Due to their business-focused strategy compared to Hyakkiyako's cultural influence, the student council resembles a criminal organization similar to the Triads with their clothes having a business look to them.

However, despite their business driven activity, the school maintains a "closed-door" policy as they actually limits free access to the school complex beyond the allowed compounds like the entrance and does not interact much formally with other schools. The students also can be pretty hostile over presence of outsiders (or at least, is awkward with them around), which is mainly caused by the closed-door policy as well. Under Kisaki leadership, this seems to be gradually changing by establishing relationship with SCHALE and later Red Winter Federal Academy, eventhough these was not taken by ease by the conservative faction in the school.

"Relationships" Xuanlong Office "Konoe Mina" The executive director and Kisaki's right-hand woman and bodyguard. She, like the other Xuanlong Office members, expresses fervent respect towards Kisaki, so much so that she tends to screw things up in an attempt to follow her orders.

Xuanwu Merchant Association "Akeshiro Rumi" The president of the Xuanwu Merchant Association, a rival of the Xuanlong Office due to their ideals of altering tradition to be more flexible and creative, complete opposite to Xuanlong Office's strong passion of preserving their history. During the Ryubu Doushu event, Rumi was accused of stealing a ten-thousand-year ginseng. Later on, the real culprit was found and apprehended, and Kisaki formally apologized on behalf of the Xuanlong Office for blaming her.

Kayama Reijo The bodyguard of Akeshiro Rumi. Being an accomplice of a suspect, Reijo was also deemed suspicious by Kisaki and the Xuanlong Office, as seen in the Ryubu Doushu event. After finding out they weren't the real culprits, Kisaki apologized on behalf of the Xuanlong Office.

Peking Opera Club "Urushibara Kaguya" The head of the Peking Opera Club, an integral member in preserving Shanhaijing traditions. During the Moonlight Dreams event, despite initially having great respect for Kisaki, she noticed Kisaki had slowly been advocating for change in tradition, which made her lose respect, so she attempted to take Kisaki down to try and make her realize her wrongdoings.

Chinese Alchemy Study Club "Yakushi Saya" During the Moonlight Dreams event, it was revealed that Kisaki had been poisoned for a while, and has been consuming medicine administered from Saya. Had the poison been left alone, it could've been lethal for Kisaki, so Saya had to give her an elixir to transform her body to her current state to alleviate most of the pain. However, this limits Kisaki's movement, and she's required to do some light stretches to stay healthy.

Red Winter Office "Renkawa Cherino" She was invited by Kisaki for an exchange visit to Shanhaijing during the Moonlight Dreams event.

"Sashiro Tomoe" She was invited by Kisaki for an exchange visit to Shanhaijing during the Moonlight Dreams event.

"Ikekura Marina" She was invited by Kisaki for an exchange visit to Shanhaijing during the Moonlight Dreams event.
