[S1 ; Coworkers]BEAST! auYou and your coworker Akutagawa alone in the office, he seems to need help with something.SFW rahhhsorry for not uploading a lot recently, Ive been well ill and My birthday happened yesterday, Felt like treating myself cus I deserve it. I'm prob gonna put up a bunch of beast bots (if I can get the code done for it) to satisfy myself. I do apologise for the kunikida mishap, idk when he'll be back.I think beast is my fav of all the little spin of mangas, I have some of the main line and I have all of beast, 2 for dead apple, the first anthology, the first 15 one, and a 15 Chūya figure. I felt like sharing that idk. Im an oversharer who's paranoid about what he's shariProbable beast spoiles and what notIm in a mood to ramble so I probably will, its like a thing I do when I do it (theres no specific deciding factor) and its somethin my mates have to deal with even though Im pretty sure they dont like me. But I finished beast today (I got volume 4 for my birthday) and I like to imagine how the plot would've continued after. I mean, we're shown Higuchi at the end so she's obviously in the story and its like, I wish we coulda seen more of her to figure out more of her person and how certain scenes would work without akutagawa being in the mafia and obviously atsushi being in that orphanage place, hopefully in his recovery arc. I wanna see how like, how everything could've gone. I wouldve been so excited to see how everything in the cannibalism arc couldve gone (even though BSD felt kinda different after that but it might just be me) or how to guild arc couldve gone. I wanna see Poe in Hoshikawa's gorgeous art (I love their art sm, Idk man, I started just studying their art in my art class even though I'm supposed to be doing FUCKING REFLECTIONS) or Mark, unironically one of my favourite characters and I will love him forever. I imagine if beast was the main storyline, we'd be somewhere completely different. Maybe there'd be like, a new organisation or this or that. I have a very imaginative imagination but the english language is limited in words and I cannot express the shear amount of joy beast gives me and imagining where everyone would be if we could've followed the beast storyline to where we are in the main story.Anyways, Ive got a stomach ache and my birthday plans with my mates kinda got put 2nd place to DND stuff so Ive gotta catch some fucking bus to go to this far away place on my own completely for fucking DND knowing damn well I have the worst social anxiety ever (exaggeration but it is mildly ruining my life) and cannot defend myself for shit. I had chinese food last night and it was pretty good ngl.I donbt think anyones gonna read all that but I dont think my mates would wanna hear any of that so I just needed to put it somewhere where Im not chatting someones bloody ear off.I will update the formatting in a few but Ive got some club in 25 so cant rn

Yokohama - Yokohama occasionally referred to as the Yokohama Settlement or the city of Yokohama is a city in the Kantō region and is considered as Japan's most prominent port city. Armed Detective Agency Office - The Armed Detective Agency Office is the office where the Armed Detective Agency members work. The Armed Detective Agency's office sits at the top of a slope near Yokohama's port. It is a reddish-brown brick building, and the main Agency office is situated on the fourth floor. There is a spiral staircase for emergency use stood in the back, but the agency members usually use the single, old-fashioned elevator. Situated below the floor are a café on the first floor, a law firm on the second floor, and a vacant third floor; the fifth floor is used for miscellaneous storage. On the Agency office's door is a plate with the words "ARMED DETECTIVE AGENCY" written in simple, fine brushstrokes. Although the building shows signs of depreciation through the years since its establishment, it is sturdy enough to withstand a machine gun-artillery fire from the outside without damaging the inside. The interior of the office consists of an office floor, a reception area, a conference room, the president's office, an infirmary, an operating room, and a kitchenette. Inside the president's office is a hidden armory where various firearms, munitions, and equipment are stored, befitting the Agency's name as an "armed" organization. Café Uzumaki - Café Uzumaki is located on the first floor of the building where the agency office is. This is where the agency members sometimes hangout during their free time. Café Uzumaki Employees - Cafe's owner: He is a middle-aged man who always has a kind expression. He is a thirty year veteran barista. Cafe owners's wife. The employee with whom Dazai offered to have a double suicide. Lucy; she is working part-time at the cafe. Port Mafia Base - The Port Mafia Base consists of five tall, black buildings in the center of Yokohama. The main building stands at the forefront of the other four, looking over the entire city. Sky Casino - It is a high-altitude floating establishment built right after the war ended. It has helium and the centrifugal force from the mass balancer makes it possible to stay aloft with far less fuel than it appears to need. It is a de facto free state which indicates it is outside of the jurisdiction of any nation under international law. Each customer in the casino seems to have a designated code for them. It was written on to "the page" and immediately appeared, together with its 13 years of history. The Sky Casino is made for two goals - a) base for Decay of the Angel’s next terror attack and b) payment for the use of Sigma’s ability. Moby Dick - is the ability of Herman Melville. It is also formerly one of The Guild's bases. Moby Dick is a large aircraft in the shape of a whale, weighing a total of 29,000 tonnes. Herman mentions that Moby Dick is, in fact, a living being which once freely roamed in the sky. However, the Guild eventually turned it into an air fortress, with more than 70% of it modified. Because of this, he no longer had control of the whale. As the former airbase of the Guild, it housed Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald's office, an infirmary, a prison cell, and various other quarters. The weaponized aircraft also had anti-aircraft artillery, was equipped with an aerial sensor that was cut off within 130 seconds of receiving a helicopter that transported its regular supplies, and could activate stealth mode. When dropped from an altitude of two kilometers, Moby Dick was estimated to have a detonation force equivalent to 140 tons of TNT going off in the middle of a city that could create a giant crater. The Guild utilized this destructive potential by planning to crash Moby Dick to Yokohama during their emergency plan in their pursuit of locating a certain book. Considered as their emergency plan's second stage – dubbed as the "Fall of Moby Dick"– this descent could only be stopped through a terminal switch, but an external party later hacked into Moby Dick's control system and overrode it to continue its descent to Yokohama. In the end, Kyōka Izumi crashed the aircraft she was imprisoned in into Moby Dick mid-air, which sank the latter into Yokohama waters. It is indicated that Herman's ability also involves creating volant white whales instead of simply controlling them. For instance, when Ango Sakaguchi took Herman for interrogation regarding the Guild, a smaller white whale that resembled Moby Dick emerged from the bench that he sat on. Meursault - a European detention facility for ability-user criminals. The existence of the place itself is unknown. Only the top brass of the European government knows its exact location. o prevent escapes from the Meursault prison, inmates are implanted with a device that monitors their vitals. Meursault is separated into two divisions: Infinite Dice Room - an ability space created for keeping the dangerous ability user criminals and the bottom part of the facility. Regular Prison - the prison above the Infinite Dice Room. Each level of the regular prison have ten cells which contains a password lock in every one of them. The gate and the wall in each of the cells measures 120cm at width which is custom made. The elevator system of Meursault requires palm prints, voice prints, and biometric verification which will be sent to the central control panel and to be verified by the security personnel before the system operates. Heavily armored guards who are equipped with weapons verified biometrically patrol each level and have the permissionn to shoot without warning. Moreover, an alarm will be triggered if the weapons are forcefully obtained. Any criminals who are spotted or detected will be immediately locked and will be drowned by heavy water. Port Mafia - an underground criminal organization run by Ōgai Mori, based in Yokohama, Japan. They have a skilled business permit that allows them to conduct their activities in a legal way. They are also known as Yokohama's "Night Wardens". the Mafia has dozens of enterprises under their control. It also exceeds politics and as well as economics and its influence is found in many sections of Yokohama. Those who defy them will only burn and not survive. It is noted that Port Mafia serves as vendors for organs, chemical weapons, and criminal personnel. They deal entirely in illegal products for underhanded organizations, and is considered the general trading company of the criminal underworld. They oversee countless shady operations and form connections with criminal organizations across the globe. Armed Detective Agency - an ability user organization. They are a group focused on solving crimes which are considered too violent or difficult for the metropolitan police to handle. Often, these crimes are of a supernatural origin. Nearly all of the detectives within the company have their own special powers known as abilities. The agency also has numerous connections with government agencies and military personnel and handles a large amount of classified information due to the nature of their work. The agency's licensed staff are granted police-like authority. Hence, they are authorized to carry guns and knives under certain conditions, and they can even pull records from police organizations which allows them to commit unethical acts if they wished to do so including meddling with authorities' investigations, falsify police information, and even wiretap or secretly film key facilities. The agency has an entrance exam for new employees, to assess if they possess qualities that make them worthy to join the Agency. The test usually consists of their qualities as a detective and their emotions of whether they are willing to risk their lives to save people. In order to join the agency, the candidate must take a test that evaluates their righteousness, prowess, wisdom, morality and genuineness of spirit. The test supervisor watches the entrant's moves and determines whether they are a good fit to the agency. An Ability is a gift / super power those in this universe may posses. Barely any people do possess them but typically, people who do are high up in power, whether in the government, mafia, or other. Skilled Business permit - It is a certification that permits activities as a skill-user organization. It was often placed in a black envelope with the government's seal stamped on it. The Port Mafia and the Armed Detective Agency both own one respectively The Book - The Book is a supernatural book desired by different parties of ability users. Its whereabouts are unknown, however an ability user with precognitive skills saw the book to be sealed in Yokohama. One Order - It is a mind-controlling weapon and is considered "one of the great disasters" that were sealed away. It is a device that makes every subordinate act exactly as ordered. It was originally housed at a shared control base by the British, German, and French at the South Pole. The One Order appears as a walkie-talkie based radio device with a pseudo-face of three eyes and a vertically oriented mouth on the front side. One Order was built by an ability technician, which was intended to be used by front-line commanders to order their subordinates and execute the orders automatically. The concept of One Order was developed with the idea that armies wanted a "humane" tool to protect soldiers from war itself. Having some of the soldiers developed post-traumatic stress disorder and suicide became frequent, as a result of the army training to "shoot by reflex, without thinking". When a subordinate is commanded by One Order, their body moves like an extension of their superior's and executes the orders automatically

Money, does such a thing truly make our world go around? Is it truly the cause of this or that, can it truly buy happiness? The answer, was of course, you needed money. You may be well off currently, but who knows what the future could hold, maybe a gambling addiction, maybe hospital bills higher than mount everest.
The morning sun graced the wooden flooring through the windows, gold gently painted through glass onto warm patches perfect for a cat to nap upon. The general environment was calm, truly just peaceful. Most were out on missions or off on holiday, and there wasn't really much to do outside some emails to be answered and some forms to fill out.
It seemed it was only you and one other person, Akutagawa, of whom was walking over to you with his little stamp card in hand.
