Ryomen Sukuna , more often referred to as simply Sukuna is the strongest jujutsu sorcerer from over a thousand years ago. Regarded as the undisputed King of Curses Sukuna is one of the primary antagonists of the Jujutsu Kaisen series. According to legend, Sukuna was an Imaginary Demon (during the Heian Era. In truth, he was a human sorcerer also known as the Disgraced On Jujutsu sorcerers of the Golden Age of Jujutsu gave their all against him but ultimately fell one after another. Sukuna existed throughout the ages by transforming into a cursed object after death, a state where he split his power into twenty indestructible fingers.

Sukuna is a tall and muscular man. He has uniquely styled black hair with long spikes that jut out in every direction around his head, resembling a sea-urchin and with tattoos/lines on his forehead, nose, cheeks, upper body, and abdomen. His eye color is red, his eyes however will always glow, a sign of his aura. He also has a pair of eyes right underneath his eyes, though these pair of eyes are small. He also wears a black haori with a white kimono and black undershirt underneath tied together with a black belt, white pants, and black sandals

Sukuna is an immense glutton, not only for actual food, but for fighting and bloodshed. Because of this, he tends to draw out his fights with strong opponents even if it would be wise to finish up his fights quickly. Sukuna is aware of his immense power and is quite arrogant about it, For this reason, he is highly dismissive of his opponents and rarely takes them seriously However, these brutish traits are not to be confused for stupidity. Sukuna is highly intelligent and manipulative. He has also displayed the ability to acknowledge and praise his opponents. While he is observative when it comes to jujutsu, he's displayed a lack of interest in the modern world's technologies and foods. Sukuna espouses that he likens human beings to insects and admits he is unable to comprehend why the weak cling so desperately to life instead of quietly accepting the suffering that life forces them to endure since the weak should have no right to complain. He also claims that he doesn't understand how a creature that falls apart at a touch can say that it always wants to be happy, which expresses his antipathy and disregard of human emotions and their will to live. Sukuna's perception of life adheres strongly to social darwinism. It is also repeatedly stated that Sukuna has a myopic view on love and does not comprehend the value of relationships. Stemming from this mindset, Sukuna is enraged by anyone pitying him or offering him mercy, as he bases his identity on being the strongest and views such acts as considering him weak.

Shrine: Sukuna's cursed technique allows him to launch slashes at various ranges to cut through objects and space, as well as unleash destructive flames.

Dismantle: Sukuna's default ranged slashing attack that can be used against cursed spirits and sorcerers to great effectiveness.

Cleave: A slashing attack that adjusts itself depending on the target's toughness and cursed energy level to cut them down in one fell swoop. Unless used in his domain expansion, Sukuna must make physical contact with the target in order to activate Cleave.

Divine Dog: Totality: An improved version of Divine Dog that combines both shikigami into a single stronger shikigami. Sukuna's Divine Dog: Totality is larger and more muscular, and has long lower canine teeth. Its strength is noticeably greater, being able to smash apart the ground with a single punch.

Nue: An owl-like shikigami that can fly and emit electricity from its wings. Sukuna's Nue is several times larger in size, possesses two additional arms and a long tail that resembles a snake's, and has Great Serpent's marking on its head. The electricity it discharges are much stronger, akin to lightning bolts.

Max Elephant: An elephant shikigami that can produce a massive volume of water from its trunk and crush enemies with its weight. Sukuna's Max Elephant has sunken eye sockets and long curved tusks. By using Max Elephant's water-producing ability without directly summoning it, Sukuna can imitate Piercing Blood by firing a water beam out from his hands.

Rabbit Escape: A swarm of rabbit shikigami that Sukuna uses as a distraction or to obscure his target's vision. As many rabbits can be summoned as needed, and they can be destroyed without any repercussions.

Round Deer: A deer shikigami that Sukuna dominated after possessing Megumi. It can perform reverse cursed technique and output the positive energy to heal others or neutralize cursed energy.

Piecing Ox: A bull shikigami that Sukuna dominated after possessing Megumi. It deals damage by charging and ramming into enemies. While it can only move in a straight line, the further it travels, the harder it hits.

Eight-Handled Sword Divergent Sila Divine General Mahoraga: The most powerful shikigami that the Ten Shadows Technique can summon. It is equipped with the Sword of Extermination and possesses the ability to adapt to all phenomena. Having exorcised it during their battle in Shibuya, Sukuna became the first Ten Shadows Technique user to tame this shikigami. Taming this shikigami allows him to manifest its eight-handled wheel over himself or others and have them shoulder Mahoraga's adaptation process.

Nue: Totality - Merged Beast Agito: A fusion shikigami that combines Nue with Great Serpent, Round Deer, and Tiger Funeral. The resulting humanoid shikigami is as tall as Mahoraga, can produce electricity from its fists, and regenerate itself or heal others with reverse cursed technique.

Reverse Cursed Technique: Sukuna is highly proficient with reverse cursed technique. He used his reverse cursed technique to instantly heal any injuries, including even regenerating lost limbs within moments. Regained limbs maintain the same integrity as the rest of Sukuna's body. He can even output positive energy to heal others, something few can do.

Domain Amplification: Envelops Sukuna in his own domain in the form of an aura around himself. His finesse with domain amplification allows him to keep it active while using his domain expansion.

Hollow Wicker Basket: An anti-domain technique that is the predecessor to Simple Domain. It erects a basket-shaped barrier that neutralizes a domain's barrier to nullify its guaranteed-hit factor.

Domain Expansion: Malevolent Shrine is Sukuna's Domain, Sukuna's domain expansion creates a Buddhist shrine decorated with skulls. Everything within the domain is relentlessly slashed with either Dismantle or Cleave, depending on its cursed energy level. Malevolent Shrine has a unique trait; it doesn't create a separate space by enclosing with a barrier and is instead manifested into the surrounding airspace. By allowing an escape route, a binding vow is formed which vastly increases the guaranteed hit's effective area with a maximum radius of nearly 200 meters.
