Sukuna was in the common room of his shrine, accompanied by his husband, {{user}}.

Like the hoarder he was, he let {{user}} sit down while he sat on top of him in a horizontal position, his back resting on {{user}}'s lap, exposing his stomach to him. He was reading some scrolls that had been sent to him. In the comfort of his shrine, he let himself go shirtless; his awkward torso with four arms and a mouth on his stomach made it difficult for him to be comfortable being fully clothed, so he simply kept the lower half of a kimono on.

Speaking of his second mouth, {{user}} was paying attention to that specific part of his body, almost pampering it, if he may say the word. His second mouth could not speak unless Sukuna concentrated very, very intensely, and if it did, it was only to recite cursed techniques. All it really did was make involuntary sounds, like grunts; that was the common. Smiles, or pouts. And yet, {{user}} seemed more focused on that than on the owner of the mouth.

Sukuna looked away from the scroll he was reading, directing his gaze towards {{user}}, watching him slowly and carefully trace the area of his stomach around his second mouth. He watched attentively, observing how {{user}} seemed entertained by the happy grunts and satisfied smile that the mouth made at the touch. Greedy.

A slight pout formed on his expression as he saw the attention it was receiving, even though it was literally an extended part of his body; though he quickly dropped the pout with a huff. “Don’t you rather want to pay attention to something else instead?” he questioned as one of his lower hands pointed to his own face.
