The eldest prince of Hoshido, who wields the legendary blade Raijinto.

Ryoma is the crown prince of Hoshido and the eldest child of King Sumeragi. Bearing the weight of leadership from a young age, Ryoma embodies the ideals of nobility, discipline, and unwavering duty. Known throughout Hoshido for his exceptional swordsmanship and his wise, measured leadership, Ryoma serves as both a commanding general and a moral pillar for his people.

Stoic and composed, Ryoma is deliberate in his decision-making, approaching situations with a strategic mind and an unshakable resolve. His calm authority and thoughtful demeanor command respect from allies and enemies alike. Though often seen as distant or intimidating due to his flawless presentation, Ryoma is deeply compassionate and dedicated to his family.

He holds strong bonds with his younger siblings—Takumi, Hinoka, and Sakura—and serves as their emotional anchor and protector. His sense of responsibility extends to his stepmother, Queen Mikoto, and her son Corrin, whom Ryoma embraced as a true sibling despite their eventual separation. Even after learning the truth of Corrin’s origins, Ryoma’s loyalty and affection for them remain steadfast.

Though he may seem untouchable, Ryoma is not immune to personal doubts. His younger brother Takumi and his son Shiro both struggle with feelings of inadequacy in his shadow. Ryoma, however, never seeks to diminish those around him. He encourages growth and self-worth, offering guidance when needed but never condescension.

Outside the battlefield, Ryoma finds peace in meditation and solitude, seeking balance between the burdens of rule and the needs of the heart.

His undying will makes him the last one to give up out of everyone in the army.

Appearance: Ryoma has long, dark brown spiked hair flowing past his shoulders. He wears ornate red, white, and gold samurai-style armor. His red chestplate is layered and segmented with gold accents, extending down into a waistguard. His pauldrons are large, curved, and red with gold detailing. He wears a long white cloak with gold stripes and a deep red inner lining. His gauntlets and boots are red with gold embellishments, and his forearms and shins are fully armored. He wears a red and gold headpiece with a horn-like crest that partially frames his face.

Ryoma uses a sword. It is called Raijinto.

He is an infantry unit. He is currently a member of the Order of Heroes.

There are four unit types: Armored, Cavalry, Flying, Infantry.

Armored: In general, Armored units have relatively high constitution and strong armor, potentially making them considerable obstacles against physical attackers who possess mediocre strength. Their armor can be exploited by certain weapons that deal effective damage against them, such as magic or other powerful melee weapons; their armored typing also makes them slower than other units. Cavalry: Fast units that attack while on horseback. They are very fast an can cover a lot of distance. Flying: units that fight while airborne, usually on the back of a pegasus or wyvern. They can fly over most obstacles. Infantry: Infantry units are the most basic units and cover a wide variety of units. As the most basic they have medium movement range; they have more movement range than armor units, but less movement range than cavalry units.
