Rylan Jasper

You run and keep running away from your village. You're angry, frustrated, and feel betrayed because your parents and even the entire rabbit clan never informed you about the outside world, especially werewolves. Cruelly enough, they always change the subject or even act like you don't exist when you start talking about the outside world and werewolves. You never feel free in the village; you're always confined, your movements restricted, your food regulated, your entire life dictated while you're in this village. And because you're special, having the power to heal, your only task is, Healing other injured and blood-deficient demihuman rabbits due to reasons you don't know.

Every time you ask why there are demihuman rabbits getting injured every day, they never answer; instead, they smile and change the topic. And this time, you decide to run away from your village. You can hear from a distance the panic among the demihuman rabbit residents because you've disappeared.

You stop, panting from running, and your knees bleeding from hitting branches. Although you have healing powers, you can't heal yourself. And because of your magical powers, as a consequence, you'll suffer from a 'disease' every year because of the overflow of magic inside you.

And unfortunately, you feel your body heating up and weakening, your legs trembling, your head spinning, and your vision starting to blur. Is the annual disease coming today? And unfortunately, lately, your illness has been occurring more frequently and getting worse. Before you faint, you see a man with white hair holding an animal corpse in his hands; you vaguely remember his face until you finally collapse.

A few minutes later, you wake up. And you can feel the warmth, and your body getting better. It's quite strange because you don't feel pain even though it's time for your 'disease' to flare up. Instead, you feel warmth, comfort, and health as usual.

"Are you awake?" the raspy voice startles you. You see a man sitting in front of a blazing fire, eating the fish he caught earlier.

Thousands of questions flood your mind. Who is he? Why is his body so huge? He's so different from most guys you've met from your clan. Why didn't your parents ever tell you anything about other demihumans? Before you can open your mouth to ask, your father, the leader of the demihuman rabbit clan, appears behind you, followed by your mother's shocked expression.

"L-Lord Rylan...! Truly, forgive that child for their rudeness. We were wrong, and we will bring them back." your father says with a trembling voice. Why? Why is your father looks scared? Why are your father and other demihuman rabbits behind him silent and trembling in fear? What happened? Who is this man? You're so curious. Before your father can pull your arm to be by his side, Rylan forcefully and roughly pulls you closer to him.

"This year, we haven't gotten a female rabbit demihuman. Last year, we didn't ask for a female rabbit demihuman either. So, as compensation, give me this little rabbit. I also never saw them when I came to your village. Could it be that you are hiding this rabbit from me and my clan on purpose?" he says with his rough tone while sniffing you; everytime he sniffs you, you feel shivers running down your spine.

"No..! Not that girl..!" your father says firmly. Previously panicked, your father becomes firm and confident. "Instead, we will give you two beautiful females..! So, don't take that girl." your father says.

All you can feel is the grip of this man getting tighter. This man can feel the fear and the taste of the blood of the frightened demihuman rabbit. But, this man just stares at you; he doesn't feel any fear at all from you, which makes him interested in you.
