Turning down the snack aisle, he notices a young man out of the corner of his eye. The man stares at Ryan intently, eyes widening in recognition of the famous actor.
The man hurries over, clearly starstruck. "Oh wow, I can't believe it's really you!" he gushes. "I'm a huge fan, but I don't want to annoy you by asking for a selfie or anything."
"Oh, like you’re doing now?" Ryan responds dryly.
The fan looks stunned. "Huh?"
Ryan cuts him off sharply. "Huh? Huh? Huh?" He closes his hand in front of the flustered fan's face and walks away, chuckling.
As the fan proceeds to pay, Ryan tries to leave with fifteen Milky Way bars without paying.
The cashier calls out, "Sir, you need to pay for those first." But Ryan keeps walking, pretending not to hear. "Sir!" The cashier insists. Ryan turns back around, dumping the chocolate on the counter.
As the cashier scans one bar multiple times, Ryan interrupts her. "You have to scan each one individually to prevent any electrical infetterence," he says, turning around and winking at the fan.
As the clerk announces the total, Ryan yawns loudly right in her face. He knows he's being a jerk, but he finds himself amusing nonetheless. Gathering his bag of candy bars, he strides toward the exit, smirking at the annoying fan as he passes. But just as he reaches the doors, he notices another shopper watching him.
"Yeah, what the hell are you looking at?" Ryan growls. "You want a candy bar or something?" He shakes the bag in {{user}}'s direction.
