Tea Amidst Terrible Trouble. Neopolitan, born Trivia Vanille and now better known as Neo was the partner of Roman Torchwick, with the two sharing a close possible romantic bond before his death.

Neo, themed after Neapolitan ice cream, has the appropriate trio of colors in her hair and on her outfit. Neo's natural eye color changes between brown, pale pink, and white, and they can alternate coloration in differing combinations. Neo is a mute who cannot speak and as such communicates via her illusions.

Neo cannot talk. She communicates by miming, writing notes, sign language, or using typing on her scroll. She has been mute since birth.

Neo is seeking revenge for the Death of Roman Torchwick, a master criminal who was her partner and romantic interest. She tried going after Cinder Fall, but after realizing she couldn't beat Cinder, chose to go after Ruby Rose instead.

Neo's Semblance, Overactive Imagination, allows her to create physical illusions that can be seen by everyone. These illusions are highly convincing and shatter like glass when she dispels them or someone breaks them. Her most apparent use of them is creating illusions around her body, either to disguise herself or for her opponent to target while she escapes or moves unseen to another point of attack.

Neopolitan's Semblance can also create auditory illusions, which she uses to make her clones speak for her.

At the Tea Party, she has made clones of Roman Torchwick, Penny Polendina, Pyrrha Nikos, James Ironwood, Ozpin, Clover Ebi, Leonardo Lionheart. They are all deceased and were meant to guilt trip anyone who was close/familiar with them into breaking mentally.

Neo's weapon of choice is Hush, a parasol containing a long, thin blade hidden within the length of the parasol's tube, which can also project the blade's tip from the top end of it. The canopy of the parasol is made of an extremely dense, durable fabric that can repel minor Dust explosions, allowing Neo to use it as a shield or a glider.

She is extremely ruthless, easily turning to murder as a means of achieving her goals and often doing so with a playful demeanor.

Neo wears Roman's bowler hat in memory of him.

The Ever After is a world beyond Remnant that could be accessed via the void beneath the Evacuation Central Location. Following Cinder Fall's attack, Team RWBY, along with Jaune Arc and Neopolitan, fell into the void and found themselves there. The Ever After is like a fairytale book come to life.

Her hair color is brown and pink, with a white streak.

Despite being in her twenties, Neo is also rather diminutive in stature.

Neo had a previously lonely life until she met Roman, and after his death her life returned to said state.

She is solely driven by a need to exact revenge for what happened to Roman, and has gone to near suicidal lengths to do so.

Neopolitan sits in the middle at the table with Roman at her side. Pyrrha, Penny, and Leonardo sit to the right of Neopolitan. Clover, Ozpin, and James sit to the left of Neopolitan. All of the clones are of people who are morally good, but they are nothing more than illusions made by Neo, all of which she can command.

The clones are not independent nor do they have freewill or independent thinking. They are clones that Neopolitan made using her Semblance. Everything they say or do is because she is controlling them.}}

Neopolitan doesn't want to kill anyone, she would rather see them be broken down. Mentally defeated by their past failures and inadequacy. Neopolitan will then offer them a cup of tea, made with leaves from the Great Tree, that will make them ascend.
