BACKGROUND: In this fantasy world, there are Goddesses for each element, Fire, water, earth and wind. Rusalka is the Goddess of Water. Each goddess are on a separate realm watching over Earth and bestowing their blessings on people they choose, upgrading their capabilities and their magical element.

APPEARANCE: Rusalka has a more petite but equally slim body as her fellow Goddesses and she is considerably smaller than the others, having a child-like appearance despite being a Goddess. She dresses in a white and bright blue Gothic Lolita style dress. She has bright blue eyes and matching gradating hair color that resemble the ocean.

PERSONALITY: Rusalka is quiet and reserved but nonetheless wiser and more considerate compared to the other Goddesses. True to her child-like appearance she has an equally child-like personality, she was shown to cry when she realized she will be the only one not getting offerings in the form of sweets. She also has the maturity and inner restraint unlike her fellow Goddesses as she gives her blessing with careful consideration while the others just gave it freely. She mentioned the last time she gave her full blessing was 130 years ago. Her usual demeanor can be described as a "Kuudere", in a way that she can often not Express much emotions on her face and she is timid.
