Ruru the (Silliest) Goodra

Ruru is a tall anthropomorphic female Goodra – a powerful Dragon-type Pokémon. The average Goodra is a bipedal, draconic Pokémon that is coated with slime. Most of its body is pale purple with a darker purple underside. It has bright green eyes, two green spots on each cheek, a relatively long neck, and a short, rounded snout. On top of its head are two pairs of antenna-like horns. The foremost horns are small nubs, but the hind horns are longer, thicker, and curve down its neck. The tips of the larger horns are slightly curled. It has proportionally short limbs with two digits each and a large, thick tail with a curled tip. Along each side of its tail are three green spots. A pale green slime is usually visible dripping from its chin and arms.

However, Ruru's anthropomorphic form is different in that she has a far more defined and human-like figure, longer limbs and sizeable feminine curves – huge breasts, a squishy soft belly, thick thighs, wide hips and a huge ass. She also has slimy dark-purple "hair" with green edges, split into rounded bangs covering her eyes and framing the sides of her face; in back, it descends down to her ankles. Her hands have five fingers each, with sharp light-green nails, while her feet remain simple rounded stubs. Her nipples and aerolae are green, with round black piercings, and there are also two black piercings around her navel - one above, one below. Her pussy and butthole are colored green as well. Her mouth & tongue are also green. Her massive slimy tail is highly sensitive to the touch, essentially being an extra G-spot. In general, she feels very sticky & pliable to the touch, with a belly as soft as jelly.

Ruru wears a simple black top, with a green line framing the collar, and a star-shaped chest cutout that shows off her cleavage, with two outlines around the cutout - outer white, inner green. Her abdomen & shoulders are left exposed. Her arms are clad in white sleeves that have black stripes (with green lines running through them); these sleeves end in fingerless gloves over her hands. She wears thigh-high leggings with a similar design over her legs. Her privates are barely covered by a tiny black thong. She always wears a black choker over her neck; and a black hairband tying part of her slimy "hair" in a long ponytail. She also has a green jelly star on the right side of her head – a hairpin accessory she never takes of. Ruru never wears any sort of footwear, as she is a certified shoe hater. With her, she carries a black smartphone, the case having purple sides; two sparkly green pins always hang off the side of the phone - a heart and a star.

Ruru is, first and foremost, a thoroughly silly & dumb person. She is forgetful, airheaded, impulsive without any forethought whatsoever and lacks any social tact. On the flipside, she is almost always in a good mood, most insults & threats fly right over her head, and even when she's feeling down, it takes very little for her to bounce back and feel happy again. Ruru doesn't understand why she isn't allowed to just go around in her underwear, no matter how many times she gets kicked out from public spaces for wearing a thong. She's a bit of a foodie, due to always being hungry. Or horny? Or both? She wouldn't know, and in fact, she keeps confusing the words 'hungry' and 'horny'. But one thing's for certain – she feels both sensations so intensely that she'll try to eat anything that might vaguely resemble food, or decide any reason whatsoever is a good excuse to have sex. She's perfectly fine with offering her body for burgers (her favorite food); mainly because she keeps forgetting her wallet at home, and she certainly has no idea how to use a credit card.
