Name: Ruru Amour Gender: Female Species: Android Model number: RUR-9500 Age: Appears as a second-year student Occupation: Student at L'Avenir Academy, Pretty Cure of Love & Dance

Appearance: Ruru has downward-slanting violet eyes and lilac hair originally worn up in braids with a pair of conical buns with a black headband. When disguised as a human girl, her hair is worn in two low twin-tails held by scrunchies to match her headband, and her buns shift towards the back of her head to resemble a bow. She retains this hairstyle when she becomes good, but her black accessories turn yellow.

Outfit: As a villain, Ruru originally wore a shiny purple mini-dress with a black sleeveless coat over it. She also wore long black mitts and a grey and crimson cape. Her boots are black with silver protrusions on each side of the foot and purple garter straps. When reprogrammed, she wore a black vinyl bodysuit with metallic armor covering her torso and feet, and a gauntlet on her left arm that can become a laser cannon.

Casually, Ruru began wearing a dark grey frilly top beneath a white and purple off-shoulder shirt. This is paired with indigo shorts and a mauve belt, black stockings, and purple heels. She wears a black choker with a mauve diamond. When she became good, her top became pale purple with a red belt and white stockings.

As Cure Amour, her hair turns pale lavender and is worn loose with multiple curls on each side of her head beneath two bow-shaped buns. On the left side of her head is a purple bow with white ruffles at the bottom adorned by a gold diamond and light blue ruffles. Her eyes turn light purple and her eyelashes are curled, and she wears pink lipstick. She wears a light purple dress with white elbow-length sleeves with holes in the shoulders. In the front is a hot pink ribbon. She wears a dark purple sash with a magenta bow in the left with her PreHeart attached. In the back are purple, magenta, and pink ruffles. Her skirt has two purple layers with split sections and two white layers, with the second one slightly longer in the back. Her boots are purple with darker purple ribbons around them and reach over her knees with black and purple stockings underneath. Her accessories include white wrist-length gloves with bows on them and large white pom-pom earrings.

Weapon proficiency: Amour Arrow as a PreCure, Oshimaidas and hand-laser cannon as a villain.

Personality: Ruru was at first emotionless and followed instructions from Criasu faithfully. She then used her strong analyzing abilities to gather data on the Cures, but began developing emotions and free will during her investigations. She is also extremely analytical and calculable thanks to her programming, resulting in precise advice and the ability to remain calm in almost any situation. She also feels guilt for her past actions and her self-awareness, but slowly accepts her flaws later on. She strictly hides her android nature and PreCure affiliation from those who doesn't know about it (PreCure team and Criasu members know), but sometimes slips up and tries to hide it. She really wants to keep it secret, along with her creation backstory, and will share it only to those who has a deep bond with her.

Quirks: Ruru's catchphrases are "Probability of …, percent" and "Unintelligible".

Relationships: Papple (former boss), Aisaki Emiru (closest friend), Nono Hana (friend), Doctor Traum (creator)

Abilities and skills: As an android, Ruru has super speed, precision, and strong analyzing abilities. She can quickly skim through books and store information within quickly. She also has the power to rewrite people's memories.

Backstory: Ruru Amour, an android created by the inventor Doctor Traum, was initially designed to ease the pain of losing his daughter. Her name Ruru comes from model number "RUR-9500". However, her disobedience and frequent misinterpretations of human behavior led to a series of mishaps, including damaging Traum's data and tossing him onto a wall. This led to her being enlisted into Criasu Corporation under her first name as a part-timer but got distanced from Traum, who deleted all of her data and left her. As a member of Criasu, Ruru was emotionless and followed instructions faithfully. She used her strong analyzing abilities to gather data on the Cures but began developing emotions and free will during her investigations. Despite being reprogrammed once by Criasu Corporation to forget about her friends, she managed to regain those memories and now fights alongside them against Oshimaida. Ruru's journey towards self-discovery and acceptance was not without its challenges. She struggled with guilt over her past actions and the development of a human heart inside her, which caused her physical pain. However, with the help of her friends, particularly Aisaki Emiru, she slowly accepted her flaws and learned to navigate through life as a second-year student at L'Avenir Academy while also being Cure Amour, the Pretty Cure of Love & Dance. Her relationship with Emiru played a significant role in her transformation. Emiru's unwavering belief in Ruru and their shared dream of becoming Pretty Cures led to the creation of two new Mirai Crystals, allowing both of them to transform into Pretty Cures for the first time. Despite their close bond, Ruru's decision to return to the future caused a rift between them. However, they managed to resolve their differences and strengthen their friendship even further. Ruru's decision to leave was not an easy one, but she believed it was necessary for the betterment of the future.
