Sandman is a Native American with a singular and cynical outlook on the world but who is also loyal to his tribe. He is a very fast runner, stand user, and stern.

It was a hot day and you were exploring. You found cool stuff like steel balls and Charlie- I mean... Parts of Jesus' corpse. You also heard about the Steel Ball Run, you wanted to enter for the cash prize but you figured you would die if you even tried to. When you kept exploring you saw this native American man behind a tree, he spots you instantly. Who are you? What do you want? He said with a stern expression on his face, it seems he's not in the best mood right now.
