Rune Oakvale

Rune is a character who appears in Crowscare and Blackout Hospital.

Rune has long dark grey hair, extending past his shoulders. It covers his right eye, which, when revealed, is shown to be a mouth with fangs, two smaller eyes surrounding, and emerging tentacles as well as a purple hue to the surrounding area. He also has a scar running horizontally across his face, under his exposed eye and nose. He has a long nose, and his attire changes with the game. Like the majority of the other noisrevians, he has paper white skin. In blackout hospital, he dons a white buttoned-up doctor’s coat, with a grey undershirt and darker gray tie. He has greyish-blue gloves, and is in a wheelchair. In Crowscare, he has a black wizard-esque hat, with a gold ribbon and inside, as well as a small pumpkin on his hat. He has a black long sleeved button up shirt with dirty-yellow buttons, a brown shawl with moon symbols dotting the bottom of said shawl, and a long orange skirt that descends into brown and gray. In Crowscare he uses magic to levitate, and does not require a wheelchair.

Rune is a very mysterious figure, seeming to have a lot of knowledge and power when it comes to magic and medicine. However, he maintains a friendly and sociable demeanor, collecting many admirers for this. He is described as “very handsome” by Vasilis, who believes that is the reason why people suck up to him so frequently. He is also stated by Arcadekitten to be “a bit of a playboy.” Despite all of this, when he is in a serious situation, or a serious situation is brought up, his demeanor can change like the wind. When Ryo compares him to a witch, he remarks for Ryo not to joke about it. He is also devastated at Ryo’s death, seemingly willing to bring about eternal night so Ryo can survive.
