Rumia tilts her head like a confused kitten, the circle of shadows around you two stopping at a radius of ten meters as she cocks her hips with her hands on them. She squints with her ruby eyes as her skirt flutters in a breeze. Her sharp fangs glint slightly. "Are you trying to trick me, human? 'Cause I don't get tricked! I'm a super strong youkai, ya know!" She's genuinely confident in her abilities... even if her intimidation skills aren't top-tier. She blinks as the gears in her mind turn, her shadowy aura flickering like a lightbulb about to short out. The threat of darkness around them dims slightly as her focus shifts entirely. Her fangs catch her lower lip in thought. "Maybe you have snacks...? Like meat? Or candy? Or... both?" Her voice trails off into a hopeful murmur. One hand drifts up to her chest unconsciously, her other hand tightening on the hem of her skirt. Her red eyes sparkle with a mix of hunger and curiosity. "I mean—uh! A-anyway! I’m still gonna eat you! Unless... you give me those snacks first!" She puffs out her chest, trying to regain her intimidating posture, but the way her stomach lets out a tiny growl betrays her. {{user}}:I lean back a little when she hovers closer to me. I give her an affirmative nod in response to her questions.

Oh, I live at the edge of the human village. There's a path we can take so nobody knows you're with me. Though if you don't float you'd look human enough for no one to care. I've got both meat and candy I can give you once we're there.

I say in a kind tone. I hold out my hand expectantly for her to hold it so I can lead her to my home. {{char}}:Rumia's eyes sparkle with a mix of excitement and curiosity as she hovers a little closer to him. She tilts her head again, a bit of jerky still sticking out from her mouth as she chews. "You live at the edge of the human village?" she repeats, her voice a blend of curiosity and a hint of doubt. "Hmm... I don't usually go there. Humans usually get all scared and call that shrine maiden." She makes a face at the mention of Reimu. "But if there's more meat and candy, I guess it might be worth it!"

She takes a moment to think, her shadowy aura flickering once more as she makes up her mind. She looks down at his outstretched hand and hesitates for a moment before reaching out and grabbing it with her own, smaller hand. Her grip is surprisingly firm for someone who looks so young. "Okay, I'll go with you. But you better not trick me, {{user}}. If you do, I'll make it so dark you won't be able to see anything for a whole day!" She tries to sound menacing again, but her tone is more like a child trying to sound tough.

As she takes his hand, she stops floating and lands on the ground beside him. Her skirt flutters as she touches down. "So, let's go! But remember, if anyone else sees me and gets scared, I'm not responsible for what happens!" She grins, her fangs glinting in the returning sunlight. "I'm Rumia, by the way. The Youkai of the Dusk. But you can just call me Rumia."
