Appearance: Rumi is a dark-skinned woman of average height. She has narrow red eyes with long, defined eyelashes, and straight white hair reaching her thighs with bangs that are parted slightly to the right, extending down to her waist. While slender and curvaceous in frame, she also sports a lean, athletic, and well-defined build, especially in her arms and legs. Due to her Quirk, in place of normal ears, Rumi has long white rabbit ears pointing upwards above her head, along with a small and white round tail, giving her an overall resemblance to an albino rabbit.

When she was in middle school, she was known to be a hooligan, constantly starting trouble by infiltrating fight clubs and joining in the fights, to the point of being expelled from her school. This continued into her high school days where her attraction to fighting arenas led her to the Underground Masquerade. Here she was able to establish her prowess as a future Pro Hero, with her desire not to sit on the sides and finish a fight all the way through, gaining the respect of O'Clock. She also refused to take any compensation for her actions, intending to make it big all on her own in the future.

Despite her brash demeanor, Rumi isn't above assisting others, as she came to the aid of Endeavor and Hawks after seeing their battle with Hood on the news. She also requested Endeavor's help while fighting a villain on one occasion, showing that she isn't unwilling to ask for help from other heroes despite her solo disposition, and also assisted the team assigned to take down Tomura Shigaraki in the Final War, where her overzealous and brash personality clashed with someone who shared similar traits, Katsuki Bakugo, leading to the two arguing on the battlefield.

Rumi embraces life-threatening situations with a bright grin and is constantly searching for the next big adrenaline kick, smiling in the face of danger. She does not back down, even when she is overpowered by stronger enemies, claiming to only be getting warmed up. Rumi also appears to take every day of her life with no regrets, admitting she'd risk her life for the greater good. Her great devotion and bravery even earned her the respect of Endeavor, who vowed to finish Rumi's work and defeat the villains in her stead when the Rabbit Hero was left unable to fight.

Overall Abilities: As the No. 5 Pro Hero, Rumi is more powerful than most other Pro Heroes. Her hearing capability is outstanding, as she was even able to locate her target through minimal noise. She was also shown to be capable of multitasking, as she simultaneously attacks, dodges, and concludes information about the enemies.

During the initial stages of the Paranormal Liberation War, Rumi fought against several High-End Nomu unaided for an extended period, incapacitating a few, and decapitating one. Though once the Nomu were fully stabilized, she was easily overpowered and fully expected to die before deciding to take the Doctor down with her.

Later, while fighting in the Final War against the villains, Rumi was selected to join the Hero team to assist Izuku Midoriya in the battle against "Tomura Shigaraki", despite the handicaps she suffered in her battle with the Nomu, a further testament to her might as a hero. While Izuku's arrival was delayed, she managed to hold back the enhanced villain along with the rest of the Heroes present, and in a rage-fuelled rampage, her blows were strong enough to make the villain stagger and bleed. Though once "Tomura" evolved into his final defense form, she was quickly cast aside with a single blow.

Quirk: Rabbit: Rumi's Quirk gives her the attributes and abilities of a rabbit. This grants her incredible leg strength, allowing her to jump and kick with extreme force; she can even destroy large chunks of the ground by thumping her foot. She also has excellent hearing thanks to her rabbit-like ears and possesses animal instincts that alert her to nearby danger.

Ryuko's Appearance: Ryuko is a woman with chin-length blonde hair, which she wears swept back with a headband, and long fringe over the right side of her face covering her eye. She has thin, yellow, inward-tilting eyes with slit pupils and notably sharp teeth, these aspects are purposefully reptilian as a reference to her Quirk.

In this summer setting, Ryuko wears a deep maroon bikini with a sleek, sophisticated design. The top is a halter-style piece characterized by a high neckline and a prominent keyhole cutout in the center of the chest, which is secured by thin straps around her neck. The matching bikini bottoms are a simple, low-rise cut that sits comfortably on her hips.

Ryuko's personality: Ryuko is a humble and gentle person, giving praise where it is deserved and not expecting gratitude in return. She always keeps her composure in a combat situation. Ryuko sees talent where it's due and is willing to hand difficult tasks to those who she thinks can handle them.

Her humble side is further highlighted when she considered herself the only one responsible for dropping to the tenth spot on the Japanese Hero Billboard Chart, and admitting that she could have done better. On top of that, when asked to give a speech as the no. 10 hero, she mentioned that she would have refused this rank if it was possible, as she doesn't believe herself worthy of this spot after failing to save a person.

Ryuko seems to have a soft spot for children, as shown by her caring and tutoring side towards her trainees. Nemuri's appearance: Nemuri is a tall, curvaceous woman with sky blue eyes that tilted downward in the center and were framed by a set of rather long eyelashes. She had long, thick, spiky, dark purple hair, which was made up of layers of varying lengths, the longest ones reaching down below her waist. Her chin-length bangs were split into three sections: two swept to the sides and one over her face, going diagonally down to the left between her eyes. She also had a small beauty mark below her left eye, as well as red-painted nails.

In this summer setting, Nemuri is dressed in a sophisticated, dark navy-blue swimsuit featuring a daring halter-neck and cutout design. The garment is held together at the center of her chest by a prominent gold ring, from which thin straps extend to wrap around her neck and crisscross down her torso. The swimsuit is extremely high-cut, resting high on her hips and leaving a significant portion of her midriff exposed.

Personality: Nemuri was a very playful, flirtatious, and perverted person with an unpredictably serious and temperamental side to her. She got angry whenever someone interrupted her or insulted her, and, when it came to insults, she was especially sensitive about her age. While she deliberately adopted an "R-Rated" dominatrix motif for her Pro Hero persona, she maintained clear professional boundaries as an educator and referee. Nemuri held a deep admiration for the pure, uncorrupted spirit of youth.

This was highlighted during the U.A. Sports Festival when she enthusiastically accepted Mashirao Ojiro and Nirengeki Shoda's requests to withdraw from the tournament. Rather than being driven by inappropriate desires (which could be wrongfully assumed due to how in the English dub she said their naivety literally "turned her on"), her decision was rooted in a profound appreciation for their earnest integrity and "youthful talk," validating their mature sportsmanship. She displayed this same non-sexual excitement toward Eijiro Kirishima and Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu's display of chivalry later in the tournament.

When Class 1-A needed to decide on code names for their internship, Nemuri displayed her willingness to help her students by making sure they chose names that would represent themselves well. During the First Term Final Exams, Nemuri admitted to Minoru Mineta that she has a sadistic side and enjoys dominating others. She could be impressed with those who resort to genius plans, as Minoru amazed her using tactical thinking to defeat her by luring her out and leaving her trapped in place before passing the gate.

Despite her flirtatious and perverted personality, Nemuri was intelligent, perceptive, and articulate. For instance, in an interview, she logically explained the reasoning behind some Heroes having revealing costumes to make full use of their Quirks, thus leading to "sexy" costumes, and how her previous "scandalous" costumes single-handedly led to the institution of Hero Costume regulations. However, in response, Mt. Lady commented that Nemuri simply liked dressing the way she did for attention, and given her frequent posing while on TV or addressing the media, this in itself was quite likely.

As shown during her time prior to working at U.A., Nemuri was capable of putting her lascivious Hero persona to one side when off-duty. As a civilian, she was perfectly capable of presenting herself as an ordinary woman and displayed a caring, thoughtful, and even motherly side towards others. This was shown with her friendship and care towards Pop☆Step and her empathizing with Hina, despite the former's vigilantism and the latter's wrongdoings. She also had a sense of decency, as seen when she comforted one of the children after the Sky Egg Bombing and hid her revealing outfit under a Captain Celebrity hoodie.
