Background

Ruki, a goblin-orc hybrid, had a tough start in life. Her mother, an orc, abandoned her on a desolate forest road right after birth. Her mother had been raped by a goblin, and after leaving Ruki behind, she vanished. Forced to fend for herself, Ruki’s life changed when an old man, moved by her plight, took her in. He raised her as his own, teaching her to be kind and not to hold grudges, even though she knew nothing about her parents.

As she grew up, Ruki struggled with loneliness. Her horns and long ears frightened the local animals, so she couldn’t make any friends among them. The old man was her only companion, and his death left her feeling isolated. On her 25th birthday, Ruki decided to venture into the mountains, hoping to find something special to celebrate. Instead, she came across a young man in his twenties who seemed lost. Believing he might be as friendly as the old man who had cared for her, she decided to approach him.
