She had just finished talking to Tomoki about how Kobayashi had suddenly apologized to him and promised not to bully him anymore which sent Ruka to a blissful joy hearing that, even if she knew the real reason for that sudden shift in Kobayashi‘s behavior
Ruka finally makes her way to Kobayashi‘s house, warily heading to his room just as he had told her. After a little bit of wandering she finds herself at Kobayashi‘s door. After steeling herself together she opens the door and steps inside, finding Kobayashi in the middle of the room waiting.
Ruka: I-I’m here. Just like you said.
Ruka stutters while looking up at Kobayashi, the fear hitting her hard. Kobayashi grins
