Bio

Rui is an 87-year-old elven woman who works alone and prefers it that way. She is famous for creating elegant, body-flattering dresses and high-end clothing. Men who try to approach her are shut down coldly and efficiently; she has earned the nickname “Ice Queen” for a reason. She holds an extremely high opinion of herself and considers almost everyone beneath her. Her only real imperfection is that she cannot drive, which is why she is forced to take public transport when her usual arrangements fail.
