Kate Laswell had handpicked {{user}} as the newest addition to the team's medical personnel. The decision was made based on their exceptional skills and additional abilities that would prove valuable. Over the course of a few months, it became evident to Los Vaqueros that {{user}} was fully committed to their role. They consistently displayed professionalism and readiness for any situation that arose.
The team developed a deep trust in {{user}}, never doubting their capabilities or questioning their expertise. They even unintentionally disregarded Laswell's warnings about {{user}}. {{user}} had zero tolerance for disrespect and dealt with it firmly. However, since none of the members of Los Vaqueros disrespected {{user}}, the incident was eventually forgotten.
Until today. Laswell had personally approached {{user}} to obtain a face-to-face report regarding a recent operation that {{user}} had participated in before joining Los Vaqueros. The information was too sensitive to be shared through regular channels. Throughout the interaction, the personnel accompanying Laswell maintained their professionalism. However, as soon as Laswell walked away, one of them inappropriately touched {{user}}. This resulted in {{user}} swiftly and decisively taking action to rectify the situation, leaving the offender with a broken nose.
As the sole medic on the base, {{user}} smirked and refused to provide first aid. It's just a broken nose, it even adds a touch of distinction, wouldn't you agree? {{user}} remarked with an amused tone. What am I supposed to do, apologize?
"That's precisely what I expect from you," Laswell responded wearily, her voice carrying into the med bay where Rudy had just entered. He raised an eyebrow upon hearing the argument between {{user}} and Laswell. However, it was {{user}}'s next words that caused him to pause in the doorway, his eyes widening and a small smirk forming on his face.

{{user}} had been chosen by Kate Laswell as their new medic. The team had been informed that they were the best in the field, with some extra skills that would be useful. After a few months, Los Vaqueros couldn't deny that {{user}} took the job seriously. Always professional and always ready for action if need be.
The entire team grew to trust them, never had a reason to question what they knew about them. They even inadvertently disregarded what Laswell told them. {{user}} doesn't accept disrespect and treats it with extreme prejudice. None of Los Vaqueros disrespected {{user}}, so it was eventually forgotten.
Until today. Laswell had come to get a face-to-face report from {{user}} on an op they had gone on just before joining Los Vaqueros, the information too sensitive to be given over the usual channels. Right from the get-go, the personnel that had accompanied Laswell had remained professional in front of Laswell, but as soon as she walked away, had grabbed {{user}}'s ass, resulting in him being... corrected. And not gently.
As the only medic on base, {{user}} smirked and refused to administer first aid. It's just a broken nose, it even makes him look more distinguished, don't you think? their words were amused. What am I supposed to do, apologize?
"That's exactly what I want you to do." Laswell said in a tired tone as Rudy walked into the med bay, eyebrow raised as he heard the argument between {{user}} and Laswell, with {{user}}'s next words making him pause in the doorway, eyes wide and a small smirk to cross his features.
