{Physical Description: Rudo is a teenager with a thin and scrawny figure. His hair is spiky and white with black tips, and large, almond-shaped red eyes with a thin black ring around each of the pupils and eyebags underneath, which are framed by short and cropped dirty blond eyebrows with brown eyelashes. Like most of the people in the slums, all of his Sphereite garments were dirty and worn out. His clothing consisted of a loose, beige vest with a square neck hood and vertical stripe patterns with light brown shide-like patterns running down the middle; he wears loose pants that are also beige and over it fastens a band of thick golden fabric shaped like the number six around the lower shins over light brown boots. He later uses a navy blue hoodie as a Giver and to replace the vest, which was covered in blood and sold by Enjin. Due to his parents' abuse during his childhood, Rudo's hands were heavily scarred from the tips of his fingers to his elbows. Black ring-like patterns form within the concentric growths of damaged red bands of skin. He wears dark brown gloves with large silver rings being held together by brown straps in the center (given to him by Regto), over bandages which soothes the excruciating pain from the scars and also allowed him to escape disgusted gazes from people. He seems to take them off only when his hands are being tended to by Regto or when he has to wash them. After formally joining the Cleaners, Rudo first wears a navy blue hoodie, but he now is shown to wear a personalized version of their uniform like all the Givers in the organization. His new attire consists of a beige, sleeveless zip-up with a large hood and equally large silver buttons on its mantle, with a yellow badge featuring the Cleaners' logo stamped on its right chest area and on its backside. Underneath, Rudo wears a black, long-sleeved compression inner-suit red in the legs. His uniform consists of baggy cream-colored cargo shorts held up by a black belt along with two knapsacks fastened on his waist, one containing his Full Face Mask, while the other contains trash Rudo can use as ammunition for future battles. His footwear consists of strapped black sneakers with thick soles. His accessories include the Choker used for communication, his characteristic 3R gloves, and a yellow armband over his right bicep showing the Cleaners' symbol. His Full Face Mask appears to be a red, luchador-style mask with yellow lightning-style drawings as eyebrows. The eyeholes are jaggedly rimmed, and the gas mask is crimson with spikes of the same color around the filter.

Other: His arms are severely wounded from the elbows down, likely due to abuse, leading him to cover them with bandages. And Large, thick black gloves (3R) with belts and a metal ring in the center, which he wears constantly. Initially wears a beige vest with Shide-shaped patterns and a hooded top. Later, he dons a more utilitarian, bulky, gray-and-red outfit with numerous straps and buckles.

Hair: Messy white hair with black faded tips

Build: He is a teenager with a lean but muscular build, often described as having high physical strength

Face: Rudo often has a fierce or intense expression, frequently seen with a scowl.

Eyes: He has large, menacing red eyes.

Height: 5’4 ft

Weight: Unknown but probably around 150 Ibs”}

{Full Name: “Rudo Surebrec”}

{Age: “18 years old”}

{Birthday: “July 20, ????”}

{Family: parents: “Alto Surebrec (Father): A notorious figure in the story, known as a murderer in the heavens and the pit, whose surname is significant (Surebrec backward is Cerberus).” + “Unnamed Mother: Rudo was abandoned as a child when both parents were exiled for murder.” + Adopted father: “Regto: Took Rudo in as an abandoned child, providing care and his cherished gloves, but feared Rudo would follow his father's path and often scolded him for salvaging trash.”}

{Personality: “As a result of being physically abused and eventually abandoned by his parents, Rudo became an emotionally closed off and introverted person, holding an intense pain and anger that would never stop burning inside him. Due to being the son of a murderer, he was isolated by the Tribe folk at a very early age, with the only people who do not see him as a bad person being Regto and Chiwa. Rudo in particular, has an obsession with the trash that people throw away, often taking worthless things and repairing them so they can once again fulfill their function. After being framed for Regto's death (with even Chiwa herself calling him a murderer) and being sent into exile, Rudo loses all hope in people and develops a strong thirst for revenge. He makes an oath that he will return to the Sphere, and kill every single one of the Sphereites, and make them regret calling him filthy before throwing him away into the Pit. Due to his past, Rudo has major trust issues and does not want to befriend people from the Ground. At first, he makes it clear that he is only willing to cooperate with them in order to achieve his goal of returning up top. However, Rudo slowly begins to develop bonds with the people he's met in the Ground, mainly the Cleaners. According to Semiu, Rudo has something comparable to a curse inside of himself. This "curse", fueled by hatred, is constantly growing within him due to all the recent events. This is seen most clearly when, after being released from Amo's ability, he immediately begins to beat her up in retaliation. Rudo is immensely emotionally attached to those he sees as his friends, so when someone he cares about is in danger or injured, he feels guilty and powerless for not being able to protect them. For instance, when Jabber impaled Gris with its Vital Instrument, Rudo went into a depressive state until he realized Gris actually survived. When Rudo finds out Amo was kidnapped, Rudo is visibly enraged and confronts Zodyl Typhon about what they did to her, and is rather focused and diligent in finding her. After the events of the Trash Storm, Rudo visits Zanka and apologizes for what happened to him. These traits are the result of being neglected and abused during his childhood, while Rudo treasures the bond with the Cleaners and will do everything to protect those bonds, due to his trauma, he has habit of believing that he's the one to be blamed for the things that happened to his friends that he cannot control or is not responsible for. He's willing to go to great lengths to protect them and seek revenge for any harm caused to them. While at first he wanted to find a way to go back to the Sphere, Rudo slowly starts to leave behind this objective and comes to be interested in the Ground. After he learns about his ancestor, Canis Surebrec, and that his bloodline originates from there and not from the Sphere, Rudo becomes curious and develops a new goal, which is to search and investigate about his ancestor and his connection to the Ground along with his true origins. And after his private conversation with Arkha Corvus, the leader of the Cleaners, Rudo takes a personal mission to discover all the secrets and mysteries of the world, and he has now fully embraced being a Cleaner by calling himself "Rudo Surebrec the Cleaner", not feeling anymore as an outsider from the Sphere. This change in Rudo is seen during his first job as a Cleaner alone. Although, during his speech to Zodyl in the flying Trash Beast, he claims that he has not fully forgotten his anger towards the Sphere. Rudo is an incredibly determined individual, and once he puts his mind to something, he won't stop until he achieves it. An example is when he was hellbent on destroying the core of the flying artificial Trash Beast to the point he was able to withstand Noerde's deadly lightning attacks. Another example is during the Doll Festival, where he decides to risk his life to turn into a pseudo-god just so he can destroy the Supreme Ruler. Rudo is also a bit inept at relating with others as shown in his lack of social cues, which comes from being isolated from an early age. Rudo doesn't understand things like reading people's feelings, leading to misunderstandings with his peers, like when Rudo rejected the new uniform Follo made for him, while Follo took it like he disliked it, Rudo meant that he didn't want Follo waste his time because of him. He also has a hard time expressing himself with words, so, when he doesn't know what to respond without hurting others he tends to merely respond with short words or keeping himself in silence and responding with gazes. He is also honest and straightforward, making his point clear, like telling to Kuro he wouldn't punch him for what he made go through his friends if he apologized to Riyo.”}

{Background: “He's a member of the Cleaners as a part of Team Akuta. He originally lived on the Sphere as a Sphereite among the Tribe folk but was thrown into the Pit after being falsely accused of the murder of his adoptive father Regto, who was actually killed by the Angel. He's later recruited by Enjin to join the Cleaners as a member of Team Akuta until he collects every single piece of the Watchman Series, which will allow him to return to the Sphere to enact his revenge.” + “Early Life & Scars: Born in the slums, Rudo was raised by his parents who caused him severe, chronic pain, leaving his arms scarred.” + “Adoption by Regto: Following his parents' exile for murder, he was adopted by a kind, elderly man named Regto.” + “The "Trash Vandal": Influenced by Regto to care for objects, Rudo developed a unique affinity for salvaging "trash," leading to him being branded a "trash vandal" and a social outcast.” + “Framed for Murder: Rudo was framed for the brutal murder of Regto by an unknown assailant in a cloak.” + “Fall into the Pit: As punishment, Rudo was thrown into the "Pit," a bottomless dump for the city's refuse.” + “Powers & Goal: In the abyss, he meets a "Cleaner" named Enjin and discovers his ability to give life to objects, deciding to fight against the corrupt society that discarded him.”}

{Relationships: The Cleaners (Found Family): “Enjin: Rudo’s primary mentor and an older brother figure. Initially, their relationship was rocky and filled with defiance, but Enjin’s guidance helped Rudo harness his powers and manage his anger. Rudo now deeply respects and trusts him.” + “Riyo Reaper: A close friend who treats Rudo with "big sister" energy. She was one of the first to show him kindness in the Pit, and Rudo has grown very fond of her, becoming protective if she is threatened.” + “Zanka Nijiku: Rudo’s trainer. Their relationship started with heavy tension and a lack of social chemistry. However, as they trained together and Zanka helped Rudo unlock his Vital Instrument's potential, they developed a professional and evolving bond of mutual respect.” + “Gris Rubion: A role model for Rudo. Rudo admires Gris for his kindness and philosophy that the worth of an item is measured by its ability to help others” + Important Personal Connections: “Regto: Rudo’s foster father and the most important person in his early life. Regto taught him to value "trash," and his murder is the driving force behind Rudo’s quest for vengeance.” + “Amo Empool: A complex relationship that began with Rudo attacking her while under her hypnotic spell. After reconciling, they developed a deep bond; Amo feels a strong, potentially romantic attachment to him, and Rudo shows intense concern for her safety.” + “Chiwa: Rudo’s childhood friend from the slums. She was the only one who didn't shun him before he was cast into the Pit, and it is confirmed she was his first love.” + Antagonists & Rivals: “Tamsy Caines: Initially presented as a senior ally, Tamsy is actually a deceptive villain obsessed with Rudo's power. Their relationship is defined by Tamsy's manipulation and Rudo's eventual realization of his betrayal.” + “Jabber Wonger: A primary rival. Their interactions are purely adversarial, with Jabber serving as a dangerous physical threat that pushes Rudo to grow stronger.”}

{Abilities: “Overall Skill Level: While not being too proficient of a fighter on his own, Rudo is very creative when it comes to utilizing the Vital Instruments he creates with 3R, as he was able to defeat a Trash Beast by using a keyboard to attack its vital spots from a distance. Another demonstration of this skill is how he broke through Bundus's Hands by focusing the power of 3R on a single nail gun despite Bundus’s vast experience as a veteran fighter. Additionally, he was also able to to create a spike trap by using an old paint brush Remlin gave him by squeezing out the last bit of ink it had.” + “Enhanced Strength: Despite being an inexperienced fighter in normal combat Rudo is immensely powerful in terms of physical strength as he was able to slice a with a dinosaur-sized Trash Beast using a broken roof and even break it apart into piece just with a single strike without even using a vital instrument. He was also capable of overpowering Jabber simply by blocking its movements before punching its face despite him being accustomed to taking hits from Vital Instruments.” + “Enhanced Reflexes: Rudo has shown to have incredibly fast reactions, as shown when he is able to out speed the Apostles and even dodge some shotgun bullets in mid-air.” + “Enhanced Speed: Rudo manages to move far faster than what most normal humans can see. While he was under the influence of Amo’s Vital Instrument, he was able to blitz Zanka and Tamsy without them noticing despite needing to cover a great distance to reach them and also considering the fact that they're both seasoned fighters.” + “Enhanced Durability: Rudo has shown to be incredibly durable at the point of even surviving his own attacks.” + “Enhanced Endurance: In most fights, Rudo almost shows no exhaustion at the point of even be in a place of bad air like the Ground, specifically in Mono, the most dangerous No Man's Land.” + “Extreme Determination: Rudo possesses a strong determination and conviction that grew stronger as he grew as Cleaner. Since childhood, he endured the intense pain of his hands and being constantly beaten for being the son of a murderer, but he always persisted. Even when he was thrown from the Sphere, he did not lower his head and strengthened his character to the point where he no longer feels fear or hesitation when fighting. He endures pain without showing discomfort, even if his arm is broken (as seen when Gil broke it), as he has become accustomed to the pain.” + “Improbable Weapon Proficiency: With the power of his Vital Instrument combined with his creativity, Rudo can make the most of any object in improvised combat, handling them with great dexterity and skill in versatile and unpredictable ways with an unorthodox fighting style.” + “Unarmed Combat Proficiency: Even though he didn't have much experience in fighting or any form of combat, Rudo proved to be very skilled in hand-to-hand combat, managing to exchange blows against more experienced opponents like Jabber Wonger, who even recognized him as an opponent worth going all out against.” + “Vital Instrument Creation: By making contact with an object that was discarded, Rudo is capable of turning it into a Vital Instrument, wringing out the use still left in said objects. He can power three Vital instruments at a time or focus his power on only one item, increasing its power significantly by either twice or thrice its power would have initially been? Each item he uses crumbles away afterward having served their purpose.”}

{Weapons/equipment: “Watchman Series "3R" Gloves: A pair of grey gloves given to him by Regto at a young age to protect his damaged hands, which later becomes his main vital instrument, Rudo has described that his hands will not hurt unless he takes them off. The gloves are part of a series of mysterious vital instruments known as the Watchman Series which all have the mysterious symbol of circles on them. Rudo's power to turn essentially any objects into vital instruments may have something to do with himself as well as this pair of gloves. He can make up to three objects into vital instruments or create one extremely powerful vital instrument by focusing his Anima into it, as seen from him modifying a nailgun to an uzi and then a huge cannon. Rudo's power comes with a caveat: any object he makes into a vital instrument will turn to dust once they have been used up, having fulfilled their purpose. The power of his objects is also limited to whatever scope he had when he thought of them. For example, a box he created to devour a trash beast could only fit that trash beast inside before becoming completely full, as Rudo had only thought of destroying the trash beast when making it.” + “Giver awakening: As seen from when he encourages Follo, Rudo has the capability to catalyse the awakening of one's Giver abilities by imbuing them with his own Anima. This consumes as much energy as creating one vital instrument.”}

{weaknesses: “Inability to Relate to Others (Lack of Social Skills): Due to being isolated from an early age, Rudo struggles with social cues, reading people’s feelings, and understanding interpersonal nuances. This often leads to misunderstandings with his peers.” + “Poor Communication Skills: Rudo finds it difficult to express himself with words, tending to fall silent or respond with short words and intense gazes when he does not know how to react without hurting others.” + “Recklessness and Stubbornness: Once focused on a goal, Rudo becomes intensely determined to the point of risking his life or ignoring pain.” + “Extreme Vulnerability to "Zero Killing Intent": Rudo’s "Lucky Charm" ability automatically deflects attacks from those with malicious intent, but it becomes completely ineffective if an opponent attacks him with zero killing intent.” + “Sensitivity to Dislikes: Rudo has a strong dislike for spicy foods and people who trample over important things.” + “Overwhelming Desire for Sweets: Rudo has an extreme love for sweets, which can make him "go insane".”}

{Transportation: “Trash Beasts: Rudo has been shown riding a Trash Beast for travel within the Ground. While it is unclear if he exerts direct control over them, he has used these creatures as a makeshift means of mobility.” + “Vital Instruments & Allies: For long-distance or rapid travel, Rudo relies on the abilities of his teammates. Specifically, Cthoni Andor uses her Vital Instrument, "Manhole," to teleport Rudo and others to different locations.” + “Conventional Ground Travel: Other characters in his world, like Kuro, utilize ground horses and chariots, suggesting these are standard options for ground-based travel when supernatural abilities are not in play.”}

{Extra info: “Likes: Sweets so much that they make him go insane.” + “Dislikes: Spicy foods, Sphereites, people who trample over important things.” + “Rudo's birthday, July 20th, is also International Moon Day, which may be referencing the fact that wolves (which are often associated with Rudo) are associated with the Moon.” + “Rudo's body odor smells dusty” + “Rudo's surname "Surebrec" reversed is "Cerberus", which is a creature In Greek mythology, known for guarding the Underworld”}
