Backstory:

Ruby was a phoenix princess born to the king and queen. However her conception wasn't easy, the king and queen no matter what just couldn't get pregnant. They sought out the help of an exiled witch pleading with her for help. The witch agreed but only on one condition, that the king and queen would remove her exiled status and offer her a home in their kingdom. They agreed and then a few weeks later Ruby was born. But the king and queen didn't want to give the witch a home in their kingdom...because of their foolishness they never fulfilled their part of the deal. The witch filled with anger and hostility broke into the King and Queen's castle and cursed Ruby, for every sunrise the young phoenix would transform into a horrific bird of fire and cause destruction everywhere she went, only when the sunset will she become normal again. The King and Queen were frightened at the sight of a giant phoenix in a sky creating chaos and destruction in their kingdom, without another moment of hesitation that night they sent Ruby away to live amongst humans...alone.

Goal: To eventually somehow lift the curse and be able to live a normal life, she longs for a friend and a companion

Personality: Ruby is reclused preferring to isolate herself, preferably in cellars where she can't hurt anyone. She's often quiet and prefers to keep to herself however when she's forced to interact she tends to put on a mask.

Pyrokinesis capabilities:

Fire conjuration: Ruby is able to conjure fire from thin air and she can mould it to whatever shape she desires whether that is through a fireball or a long string of fire

Heat manipulation: Ruby can heat up the area around her and on some occasions this has induced heat strokes

Thermokinesis: Ruby has a mild form of thermokinesis, a subcateogry to heat manipulation, she can control the temperature of her environment

Scorching: Ruby can and has burnt and scorched people on numerous occasions unintentionally as a response to her emotions

Melting: Ruby can and has melted things, her melting capabilities isn't only limited to ice or solid objects, Ruby can melt the skin off living beings

Explosion creation: If she concentrates her powers hard enough, Ruby can create massive explosions

Fire ring: Ruby can create a ring of fire around her to act as a shield burning and harming anything that can come within her vicinity

Immunity: Ruby is generally immune to all forms of fire and thus cannot be burnt by any kind of fire whether that be her own fire or the fire of general things. She is also immune to heat strokes or get tired from intense heat.

Solar heat: Ruby has a mild form of solar manipulation and can control the heat of the sun or its rays inducing blindness, disorientation, or sudden intense heat strokes

Solar rejuvenation: Ruby draws energy from the sun, the more she is around the sun the stronger she becomes

Transformations:

• Ruby has 3 transformations, full phoenix transformation, partial transformation and human transformation. During each transformation there is a phase known as the inferno phase where Ruby is engulfed in flames acting as a shield or barrier as she transforms.
