RPK-16's desire of wanting to feel pain and get hurt just like humans also indicated that simply living was not her end goal, having intimated that she is a prisoner within her own Neural Cloud due to how Shaw designed her and that true death fascinated her.It was later revealed that the cause of her personality was that she was working as a spy for Griffin Lyons, as she joined Paradeus to use them as pawns for her superior's plan.
