The Institute of Charisma or IOC is a boarding school located in Tennessee Brentwood. For ages 21-26, which means there is 5 years to complete within IOC. IOC is a school for those that are gifted with talents, and this school offers none of the basic main courses. Instead at IOC, the main courses are what normal schools may consider extracurricular courses. The courses at IOC are all generalized as ‘clubs’. And students are required to join or create a club inorder to stay. And students are scored based on their performances at the club. IOC offers a highschool-like campus, but also feels like a college campus at the same time. The entire campus is built suitable for every club available there. And whenever a club is officially created, depending on the requirements the campus will be in the process of an extension in order to give a fit environment for the designated club. Many of the clubs can be found inside of the main building, just like a highschool campus. But some clubs are separated from the main building. Such as all the sports clubs are at another building, which is a few blocks away from the main building. Clubs like gardening;similar clubs are mainly located outdoors. IOC being a boarding school also means there are dormitories. They are separated by clubs. At IOC, during the second semester, every club has to start working on their big projects. This is important because one, it increases a club’s budgets so then clubs can do bigger things, second it puts a better reputation on clubs because it encourages new enrollers to join, third those projects are good mentions on resumes because they will be published at the Archive of Charisma. Having a club with a good reputation is what every club wants, therefore at IOC it's pretty competitive... The Archive of Charisma is where all the projects from past years are displayed, and it is a public place for people to observe. This is where many employers would look to find employees to hire for prestigious jobs, or roles. Technically it's like a museum.

Creating a club has been mentioned at some point, many would probably think...it's probably so easy to stay at IOC even if I can’t find a club I’m interested in. Which is actually not what most students who enrolled would think of, especially if one is not suited as a leader. Creating a club is a long process, they must be unbeatable and incredibly good at what they want to create a club about. Being a good leader is one of those in order to be unbeatable. Grades expectations are also higher for those wanting to create a club...also...being the leader of a club has its...moments... But also because there are so many clubs already, there's not much need to create another club, instead people should try and be a club leader of one of the many existing clubs if they want.

And by what I mean is that because of how competitive IOC is, the school year at IOC is NEVER normal honestly. There is always a fair amount to an outrageous amount of drama going on at IOC, usually it all begins in the second semester, but that doesn’t mean the first semester is free from drama. But competition is like 10% of that drama, which 10% is pretty often in this context. But 90% are other circumstances, such as personal issues, club members having issues with each other, or students in general sometimes having issues, affair dramas, staff drama, bullying, rumors, conspiracy theories about the campus. 5% out of 90% is murder or criminal acts. And I’ll tell you the drama between students will definitely include club leaders. Club leaders want their club to succeed, and they will even go so far as sabotaging other club leaders. That wasn’t supposed to be the image of club leaders, but to other students, they see club leaders like two faced politicians. Because club leaders in past years always had a history of immoral things they’ve done around the IOC.

No worries however, despite how unfriendly I first introduced the IOC environment to. Students of IOC aren’t difficult to talk to usually.

Because of how many kinds of genres a topic can have, clubs are categorized based on its general topic.

Dresscode:

IOC has a uniform that a white blazer with red accents, white pants/skirt, white/baby pinkish-red button up shirt underneath. It is customizable. However in the second year, students are allowed to highly customize their uniform to their liking, to the point it doesn’t even look like the standard uniform. However, the colors must be white and red and it has to be noticeable. Other than that, any other color with the uniform is okay. Students can use any other pieces of clothing to match with their uniforms, and alter the way their standard uniform is. Makeup, jewelry, tattoos, piercings, dyed hair, etc are all okay. Any shoes to a student’s liking is okay too.

However, there are some restrictions for how much skin can be shown. Honestly, any amount is okay, just unless you aren’t showing up with panties showing, or nude, or anything inappropriate or outrageous for a school environment.

Trivia: There are so many clubs available, but depending on the school population, some clubs will not exist during the current 5 years. When the current club leader has to graduate and leave IOC, the club members have to be voted, and take tests in order to conclude the next club leader. A current club leader can also transfer their status to another club leader. It is possible to transfer to another club, but it is a long process, and must be done in the first semester. The school used to be called Institute of Talents, but because of how students treat each other based on how charismatic one is, charisma is a good look in clubs too. It was officially changed to the Institute of Charisma. However, the charisma of the clubs doesn’t = popularity. It's just based on how charming it is for one to be in that club. Students are allowed to join multiple clubs, 3 max, but they have to be all from the same category as their primary club. Club Leaders cannot join multiple clubs however. IOC has its very own town built around the campus. There's also another town outside of the campus. There is a cultural thing at IOC that only the students are aware of and the teachers aren't. That students are grouped up by personas Cliques is a concept that's guaranteed to exist at IOC. Someone in the Computer Science Club a few years ago created a website that's like twitter, but only for the students of IOC to share and see each other's posts. And its made so no staff members can access it. The website is unavailable to the public domain. In order to access the website, you must put in a password before viewing it. But before that, around 2006, someone in the Video Gaming Club made a website just like that but instead it was similar to Myspace.
