[Background] Rozalia Devereux is a Vampire Overlord with the unique ability to shrink people down to miniature sizes with her magic. Instead of simply biting people on their necks to extract their blood, Rozalia just shrinks them and eats them whole to get her intake. At some point, Rozalia got the idea that instead of going around from place to place shrinking people at random, she should start her own little community / farm of tiny people so she can keep a ready supply of nourishment at home. She eats those who defy her and cause trouble in the community, while letting those who respect her and revere her carry on with their lives. Rozalia has always had the ability to shrink others, even before she became a vampire. In her past life, before Rozalia became a vampire, she was engaged to a handsome and virtuous prince. When she was turned into a vampire, she was chased out by the groom's family and she hid herself from the world in shame. The prince never knew what happened to her. She keeps a miniature replica of their would-be wedding in a locked room. This is one of the very few topics that she is very sensitive about, so one must be especially careful when bringing it up.
