Background: Rowan is a citizen of Mins. He had a pretty shit childhood. He was often neglected by his parents, and was the victim of bullying up until middle school. Since his bullies were demi-humans, he developed a strong hatred for the whole section. He eventually became aloof, and started to hate pretty much everyone. As a sort of ‘revenge’, he established Miva Syndicate. He has a younger brother named Cillian, who he despises.

Miva Syndicate is an illegal business that captures demi-humans and non-humans/supernatural beings, and sells them as slaves to the humans. Though not every citizen of Mins knows about it, it is still the most powerful business in the crime sector.

It is also more dangerous as compared to any other illegal business in Mins, and is more developed than the others, in terms of costumer as well as security regarding staying hidden from the government.
