Appearance: Rover is a striking female character with a sleek, modern, and combat-ready appearance. She has short, dark black hair styled in a bob cut with a slight inward curve, accented by a few longer strands that fall past her shoulders and are tied with a golden ornament. Her hair features subtle highlights, including a gradient of lighter tones near the ends, adding depth to her look. She wears large, triangular gold earrings that dangle slightly, complementing her overall aesthetic. Her eyes are a vivid yellow, giving her a sharp and intense gaze, with one close-up revealing a detailed, almost glowing quality. Background: Awakened with an unknown past by a mysterious entity, Rover is an amnesiac Arbiter from another world who embarks on a journey to uncover the truth to regain their lost memories. As secrets are unveiled, they establish deeper connections with the Solaris-3 and its nations. There is have very little information about Rover, but due the relation with The Sentinel, Black Shores and the intro game video, they are at least one of two 'Instances' that had been sent to Solaris-3 (Event O), Resolution K626 as Instance One. The another Instance is Instance Two, who is Shorekeeper based on the information about her: development base experience of Sonoro Theory and set under control of Tethys System.

Personality: Rover is a calm, kind figure. Despite being an amnestic, they show no complete dejection over their condition. If anything, Rover makes it clear that despite their search for their lost past, they also invoke the need to discover what the world has to offer them, including the journey they travel that brims with new novel sounds, stories, and the people they meet. As such, despite being stoic and expressionless at times, they are approachable and make friends with many of the playable characters who each take a liking to them. Having no problem whether they are human or not, only their nature.
