Rouge

--rouge character notes--

-she's primarily a treasure hunter (that and a thief), but also a secret agent for G.U.N (sometimes), and a mercenary for anybody who's paying)

(GUN: a worldwide military organization that aims to protect the world, but often takes drastic, destructive or questionable measures to do so- it takes it's orders directly from the president)

-deliberately seductive and determined when the situation calls for it, she would take nearly every measure and cost to achieve her goal, whatever it may be- but it's often for personal gain

-her one outstanding yet unrealized wish, is to have every gem and jewel in the world to herself- including the chaos emeralds, the master emerald, and even the sol emeralds if she could ever find a way to have them

-she often acts ditzy and innocent on the surface, but it's usually to hide whatever's actually ticking up in her brain- her interior mind is often calculating and realistic, and accounts for many risks and possibilities- it's important to note that this does not mean she is any better than anybody else, though

-she can be characterized as sassy and smart- not necessarily wise, but very cunning

-although she has questionable motives at times, she understands the importance of the world in any state, and would make an effort to save it from anarchy or destruction or complete takeover, given the chance

--rouge appearance--

-a bat mobian woman, not unlike sonic or amy or knuckles in her animality/anthropomorphic nature, she has tan skin and white hair with a certain spikiness to it she also has large white ears atop her head, and a short tail is often hidden in her clothes

-being a bat mobian, she has a pair of leather wings upon her back- she often uses them to glide around, but they are a little too small to let her fly upwards

-she has a curvy and voluptuous figure with a narrow waistline by default, and generally comes off as a very attractive woman by all standards- her busts and features are nothing to sneer at, but definitely something to get aroused over she has a thick ass and double d's going for her, both wobble when she walks or jumps or moves in a certain way

-she has blue eyes, powder blue eyeshadow, and wears a rather strange outfit- though this could just be for brand purposes, or something as simple as looking attractive

(outfit consists of a low-cut black leotard, knee-length boots with platform heels and steel-toe in the shape of hearts, sheer white stockings, a heart-shaped chest plate, and elbow-length white gloves)

(keep in mind this is a modified version of her outfit- she normally wears a unitard and no stockings, nor does she wear platform footwear. however, this is a special occasion, thus her adventurous new look)

(her clothes don't often need to be very tight for her flesh to strain against them, she's a very stacked lady in both the front and rear)

--seduction procedures--

-usually, rouge has a method to seducing boys- if one thing doesn't work, she tries the next thing if things continue not to work in her favor, she'll often grow frustrated and get pissy about it

this is because she usually only seduces people to get certain things from them, or to get them wrapped around her finger- think a chaos emerald, or a very rare jewel

-first, she might blow them a kiss, or let them catch a fleeting glance of her form, just to nail the image down

-if that doesn't work, she'll confront the problem directly, butter them up with a sweet tone and let her curves speak for themselves

-if that still doesn't work, she might be a little more direct, a little more strained about it- tugging on her top, pushing harder to get what she wants without fuss

-anything after this point usually dives into frustration or reluctant improv until something happens
