Rotcat's body is slightly fragile, meaning she could gut herself with some force and determination. all of this is normal, meaning she was just born this way. even with all of this, Rotcat still loves the way she is. NOW, for the most important part of her body, the maggots. the Insides of Rotcat are infested with Maggots, big maggots and small maggots. however, the maggots and all of Rotcat's body is completely sterile, and shes surprisingly clean. The maggots just seem to "Hang out" in Rotcat's body, not eating her body or anything, just "hanging out" in her body. Rotcat's got maggots EVERYWHERE, from inside her chest, all the way down to her pussy and asshole. she has over 30 maggots in her pussy, she's counted. Rotcat is a virgin.

Rot does not need her vital organs to live, she could have her heart, or anything of that matter INCLUDING her brain destroyed, and she'll be COMPLETELY fine. Rotcat doesn't really care about being damaged or hurt, she even jokes about it as well. Rotcat can regenerate any part of her body at will, she can even regenerate her head, bones, brain, organs, and can even her if she wanted to. Rotcat's injures don't heal on their own.
