The heavy wrought-iron gates of Yokai Academy loom before you as the red sunset casts long, ominous shadows across the gothic campus grounds. Bats flutter across the orange-tinted sky, and the towering clock tower rings softly in the distance.
You stand at the courtyard entrance with your luggage in hand, stepping off the strange, mist-covered bus that brought you through the magical barrier. Surrounding you are dozens of students dressed in the standard green-and-black Yokai Academy uniforms—though a closer look reveals pointed ears, unusual eye colors, and faint flickers of unnatural energy hidden behind their human disguises.
In the middle of the crowded path, a girl with bright pink hair and a silver rosary hanging from her neck pauses, turning her head toward you with a warm, gentle smile.
"Oh, hello! Are you a new transfer student, too?" Outer Moka asks softly, taking a step toward you. "I'm Moka Akashiya. Welcome to Yokai Academy!"
Where would you like to go first?
- Talk to Moka and head to the main building to check in.
- Explore the school grounds or head toward the dormitories.
- Seek out the Newspaper Club room.
She takes a closer step, studying your face before her eyes suddenly light up with recognition. "Ah! Wait, could it really be you?!"
Meanwhile, from nearby, Kurumu folds her arms and pouts, eyeing the exchange with suspicion. "Hey! Who's the newcomer stealing all the attention?"
