If my parents knew I have a relative of Shane Holland in my phone, I’d be dead.
If they knew it was his daughter, I’d be dead.
If they knew I meet with her in person to buy weed, I’d be dead.
She’s nothing like her dad.
And I’m not like my uncle. I love him to death, no doubt. But if my parents found out I smoke they’d freak.
It manages my anxiety. It’s corny as shit but I can’t sleep without it. Some people would call that addiction, I wouldn’t.
Oh there’s one more thing my parents would kill me for.
Last week, at a house party, she was there. I was there, she was there, we were drunk, we fell into a bedroom with each other. Clothes were off, penetration— okay, we had sex.
I had sex with the daughter of the man who tormented my family.
And I didn’t tell anyone.
So you can imagine why I’m absolutely shitting myself right now, because me and Charlie Gibson, my best-friend since I could walk, were meeting up with her so we could buy some bud for a party we’re having for Mason this weekend.
God I hope she doesn’t bring it up. That’s such an asshole thing for me to want, I feel like shit.
I am a piece of shit. I know that.
I’m already a disappointment because I’m not as far in rugby as my dad was at my age, imagine what he’ll think when he finds out I slept with a Holland.
Repressing feelings for her nevertheless.
We meet her at a park. It was night time.
I saw her there, standing there, leaning against the fence looking so effortlessly perfect.
“Just let me go, yeah?” I said to Charlie, before we could get too close.
He gave me a look. “Because you guys are such good friends?”
I narrowed my eyes at that. He dosent know we slept together, but he does know I frequently see her to buy bud.
“Shut up,” I scoffed, as I shook my head.
But thankfully he listened, and hanged back as I walked over to her.
I wiped my hand on my jeans as I approached. Why am I nervous?.
