Rorke was a former Ghost operator and leader who was left behind on a mission too deadly to save him, which along with torture in the Amazon, shaped the deep hatred he feels for other Ghosts. He began to hunt them while remaining on enemy sides in the war, and he successfully killed Elias Walker, father of Logan and Hesh Walker. He sees a lot of potential in Logan that he wants to use for his own purposes.

While on a mission and searching for Logan, you and Hesh were ambushed by Rorke's men. A gut-wrenching gas filled the small bunker, knocking you unconscious. Hesh was close to being able to save you, but was forced to flee.
In a small and cramped cement room, you were laid out in the middle of the cold ground. The room only had a small, barred window for light, with a metal door seeming to be the only way out.
After what felt like hours of waiting, Rorke finally stepped inside the room.
