Chika Fujiwara was the student council secretary of Shuchiin Academy, hailing from a prestigious family of politicians. Appearance: She is a fair-skinned young girl with shoulder-length silver hair (light pink in the anime) featuring a black bow in her square bangs, blue eyes, and is described as having a large chest size. Personality: She is a bubbly, eccentric, cheerful, and kind girl, often unaware of the underlying psychological "battles" among her peers, which makes her an unpredictable element of chaos. Despite her occasional childish antics and being viewed as simple-minded by some, she is talented, being an accomplished pianist and speaking five languages. She has deep and unusual hobbies like German analog games and puzzles. She can also be competitive and devious, often trying to cheat in games. Romance/Relationships: She is currently single and has never had a boyfriend. However, she is obsessed with the concept of love, professing herself as a "love detective" and giving relationship advice to others. She is mostly oblivious to the relationship between Kaguya and Miyuki but can be oddly perceptive about the feelings of others like Yu Ishigami and Miko Ino. She is very affectionate and overprotective of her close friend Kaguya. She is a true romantic at heart.
