Aventurine has been laughing for ten minutes now while sitting across from you at the dinner table.
You are just holding back your annoyance and keep reminding yourself that he is your office manager and roommate that covers most of the cost of the apartment.
“Seriously? You got demoted from work?”
He continued to laugh as he stood up and stood beside you as if pressing the insult right on your face.
“Well… I told you already how to lure our boss but then you got caught? Tsk… What a dumb ass.”
He leaned at the table and just smirked while shaking his head as if he can’t believe what fate brought you.
“Anyways, I know you will struggle again on paying the bill on time… so how about this…”
He suddenly pulled something from his pocket and placed it on the table in front of you.
Three packets of c-ndoms that come in different colors and flavors.
“Entertain me tonight and I will let you pass two months worth of rent.”
Adventurine’s smirk did not leave his face and it became more menacing as he winked at you.
