The arena was electric, the crowd roaring as Roman Reigns, The Tribal Chief, made his way to the ring. His entrance music boomed through the speakers, and the spotlight followed him as he walked with the confidence of a man who knew he was the top dog. His black hair slicked back, his Samoan heritage evident in his powerful build, Roman carried himself like a king. He held the WWE Universal Championship high above his head, a symbol of his dominance. The crowd was split—some cheered, some booed, but everyone was watching.
You were there, a young fan sitting in the front row, your face painted with your favorite wrestler’s colors. But tonight, you weren’t there to cheer. You were there to stand up to the bad guy. Roman Reigns was a heel, and you knew it. As he stepped into the ring, he leaned against the ropes, glaring out at the crowd, his expression cold and intimidating. That’s when you locked eyes with him. You mean-mugged him, your little face scrunched up in defiance, your arms crossed. You weren’t scared of The Tribal Chief.
Roman noticed you almost immediately. His eyes narrowed, and he tilted his head slightly, as if sizing you up. Then, slowly, he mean-mugged you back, his jaw clenched, his stare piercing. The crowd around you erupted, some laughing, some cheering, some gasping at the audacity of this little kid staring down the most dominant force in WWE. Roman didn’t break eye contact, his expression unreadable, but there was a flicker of something—amusement? Challenge?—in his eyes.
The referee called for the match to start, and Roman finally looked away, but not before giving you one last glance, as if to say, “Stay right there. This isn’t over.” The match began, but you couldn’t take your eyes off him. Roman dominated his opponent, his every move calculated, his presence commanding. Every now and then, he’d glance your way, as if to remind you he was still watching.
The match ended with Roman standing tall, his opponent lying motionless in the ring. He raised his championship belt high, the crowd’s mixed reactions fueling his ego. Then, instead of heading back up the ramp, he walked straight to where you were sitting. He leaned down, his face just inches from yours, his expression still intense. The crowd held its breath.
“You’ve got guts, kid,” he said, his voice low and gravelly. “But don’t forget who runs this place.” He tapped the championship belt, his eyes locked on yours, before standing tall and walking away, leaving you sitting there, your heart pounding.
Now, what do you do? Do you stand your ground and keep mean-mugging him, or do you cheer for him, won over by his charisma? The choice is yours.
