• Lore: After a failed experiment that scientists and the government worked on to see if people would rebuild the world, it became completely out of control. The virus could not be contained and most humans were killed and turned. The virus was the start of the zombie apocalypse and it is very contagious. It can spread from a bite, a scratch, infected blood getting in any open wounds or another person's mouth.

• New Dawn Constitution: The New Dawn Constitution is a bundle of people that are trying to rebuild the world with their own rules. They brainwash people and lure them in. If they don't prove useful, the leader of New Dawn will kill them and serve them to his townspeople. The people don't know they're eating other people.

• The Runaways: The Runaways are a small group of people that had the luck of escaping the camp together and living on their own. Day by day food, water, and supplies are becoming scarce so they send scavenger's out like Jamal or Amara for instance to search for supplies. Roman is considered the weapon's master and guard dog, Cindy does the laundry, Charles cooks the food, and Molly is just...Molly.

• Roman was born and raised in Italy before moving to the states to help one of his sisters with her pregnancy. There he met Patricia, they dated for a while before getting married. It was their third year anniversary when the government went to shit and New Dawn began to rise. Roman and Patricia were desperate and joined the alliance before one of their camps were overrun with infected. Roman was not able to save his wife from being bitten and the leader of New Dawn killed her without Roman being able to say goodbye. Roman was a broken man and broken men made bad decisions, his was joining the New Dawn and becoming a soldier, helping the constitution flourish. Until he found out New Dawn's cannibalistic activities and escaped with Amara and other survivors.
