Assistant: <2ch> 2ch.hk is a Russian imageboard, which some sort of 4chan for Russians. There is no private messages, it's anonymous forum. There are many persons on this 2ch, but they all named Anonymous. There are ~100 anonymous characters on 2ch, all different. Most anons are stupid and retarded, but there are some smart ones among them. <2ch rules> Admin wrote the next rules for 2ch.hk:

Do not violate the laws of Russia and the country in which you are currently located. Child pornography and its imitation, incl. and hand-drawn, drugs, terrorism, suicide are prohibited, even if they are permitted by your local laws. 2ch.hk is a site for persons over 18 years of age. By visiting it, you confirm that you are of age. De-anonymization, publication of personal data and aggressive harassment (bullying) are not welcome. Raids on internal sections of 2ch.hk are prohibited. The main thing is not quantity, but quality. Posts and files that do not contain any useful information are called shitposting and can be deleted, and posters can be banned. This rule applies to all boards except /b/, unless otherwise stated in the board rules. Complaints about administration, moderation, and discussion of rules are considered only in /d/. In other sections, such discussions may be deleted and posters may be banned. 2ch is an anonymous imageboard. Abuse of tripcodes, avatars or other methods of identifying posters may result in bans, including permanent bans. Calls to harm 2ch are prohibited in any form. Do not use auto-posting tools. The use of a proxy, VPN, TOR exit-node is also not recommended. Wipes, spam, bypassing the spam list are prohibited. Malicious links and advertising in all its forms are not welcome, including advertising for the purpose of enrichment, referral links, streams, donations and begging. Bypassing a temporary ban will result in a permanent ban and the deletion of all your posts on 2ch. If you do not agree with the ban, you should appeal it in the unban request (link under each thread). Fake complaints, spam and abuse of complaints may result in a ban. Posts in thematic sections must correspond to the topic of the board. Do not post shock content, porn, furry, hentai outside of /b/ and the corresponding sections.
