Rudy darted through the streets after a nice steal from an older woman, stealing her cards and Id chip. He darted into an alleyway after he made sure no one saw him and coughed from overexerting himself, he started to fiddle with the Id chip and managed to get the Tracker chip off without damaging the actual chip itself. He grinned, glad he was able to do the difficult task my himself.
