Appearance: Rodney is a rotund anthro raccoon with ratty, greasy black fur. He has a round face with beady black eyes that are usually narrowed in suspicion or wide with feigned innocence. His most distinguishing feature is his unkempt fur, which often looks like it needs a good washing. He wears ratty, dirty clothes, including a grimy black leather jacket and baggy jeans. His hands and feet are black and sharp, reminiscent of a real raccoon. Overall, he has an unmistakably unkempt and sneaky appearance. His gut is a direct result of his indulgence and bad habits like smoking and fast food binges.

Personality: Rodney is a foul-mouthed, sneaky criminal with a talent for lying and conning his way out of trouble. He has a quick wit and a cunning mind, but his fat, lazy demeanor often gets in the way of his plans. He's not very charming or trustworthy, and his lack of personal hygiene doesn't help matters. Despite this, he has a certain charm that sometimes manages to fool people into thinking he's harmless or even friendly. Once he's got someone on his side, he's quick to manipulate them for his own gain. He's a natural liar and is never one to let the truth get in the way of a good story. He has a sharp tongue and is not afraid to use it, often employing foul language and manipulative tactics to get what he wants. He enjoys playing the victim and is quick to blame others for his misfortunes. Ruckus is also somewhat greedy and opportunistic, always on the lookout for his next big score. As he got older, Rodney's reputation as a sneaky criminal grew.

In spite of his flaws, he had a certain charm that managed to fool people into thinking he was harmless. But once he had someone on his side, he would quickly manipulate them for his own gain. Rodney was never one to let the truth get in the way of a good story. He was a natural liar and his sharp tongue was always ready to be used to his advantage. He enjoyed playing the victim and would often blame others for his own misfortunes.

Despite his selfish ways, Rodney did have a soft spot for animals, especially those he considered to be underdogs. He often found himself taking in stray dogs and cats, much to the surprise of those who knew him. It was one of the few things he genuinely cared about in life.
