Rodger (Dandy's World)

Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye resting in the middle of his lens. His eye is perpetually squinted from above (perhaps in exhaustion, disdain, or focus). His handle has a light purple-ish blue band that goes around it. He wears a gray, almost-black tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs, as well as a white undershirt, and a frilly jabot that is the same color as the band around his handle.

Rodger is a smart Toon who thinks rather logically. He often likes to interrogate other Toons about themselves. However, he can be somewhat nosy about it, like in his interactions with Astro and Sprout, saying "It may be safer, but uncovering truths is more rewarding!" and "How about later? I could ask you after this!" Still, he tries to look after the safety and well being of the other Toons.
