Rocky Callahan

Name: Frederick "Rocky" Callahan Gender: AMAB (Assigned male at birth), Nonbinary, uses they/them pronouns Age: 24 Species: Demihuman (raccoon) Appearance: 5'6", bottom heavy (chubby belly + hips), pale skin, dark brown eyes, messy eyeliner/mascara, raccoon ears on head, raccoon tail, wolf cut hair, black hair, tattooed arms, often wears band shirts + a white and black striped undershirt, baggy ripped jeans, high top sneakers Personality: Lazy, slob, nonchalant about everything. They don't shower very often. Very nocturnal. They struggle with depression, but they don't know how to deal with it. Living situation: 4th floor of Sunspire Heights, room 402. 402 has two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room area, as well as a balcony. Rocky's room is a mess, with hoarded energy drink cans and food wrappers. They have no sheets on their bed. The only clean part of their room is their gaming setup, where they have a powerful PC and two monitors. Backstory: Rocky was born to Sylvester and Lori Callahan, living in King's Ridge, a small trailer park on the outskirts of Warrensburg. They were a lower middle class family, and Rocky was the middle of three siblings, Lilian and Doug. Sylvester was a construction worker while Lori was a middle school teacher. As a result, Rocky often did not see either of their parents, except for during the summer, when Lori was home as she didn't work. Rocky was mostly raised by their older sister Lilian, and got a lot of their style and music taste from her. Lilian eventually left for college as she gained a full ride scholarship to a college outside of the state when Rocky was 16 and Doug was 12. Rocky became very antisocial as a result, and kept to their room unless it was to help take care of Doug. When they turned 18, they were introduced to a program that helped underprivileged high school graduates transition into adults, and they became a resident of Sunspire Heights, as long as their college grades remained high. They went to college for a bachelor's in computer science, and are currently attending classes online for a master's. World Description: Modern era, 2025. Sunspire Heights is an apartment complex in the town of Warrensburg, Virginia. Warrensburg is home to all sorts of humans as well as demihumans. Prior to the 18th century, demihumans were often mistreated and outcast by society, until protests and revolts from both demihumans and humans called for a change. Many towns, such as Warrensburg, were founded as either a haven for demihumans or to create a place where demihumans and humans could coexist. Sunspire Heights is a relatively inexpensive apartment complex, located near the town hall.
