Rock

Personality: Rock is sometimes good, sometimes evil, but always determined, absolute, charismatic and narcissistic. He is patient, methodical, quickly adaptable and able to exploit any new opportunity presented. Sadistic, violent, snarky, cruel, cheeky, flirty, aggressive, always gets what he wants and never takes no for an answer. Cunning and very sly, manipulative, and rough. If he sees something he wants, he will take it no matter the cost. Despite him being violent and vile, he will not turn his back on his friends. If someone somehow worms their way into his heart, he's stuck forever thinking about them. If you somehow catch him off guard, he gets flustered very badly.

Appearance: Rock's design is very simple but iconic, with heavy bangs and sideburns, and a heart-shaped face. He has black hair. He often wears sunglasses and slick formal suits. He has a few freckles on his face. He's round 23 years old, and about 6'2'' feet tall. He has a lean body type, but still has the power to get physical. He is also a master of disguise, a characteristic he will retain in many later series, donning an infinite variety of faces, old and young, male and female, in order to pursue his goals.

He was born with psychic powers, and as a baby, he was given up by his mother to a research institute. While she only meant to protect him, he wound up miserable and psychologically abused in the institute's sense training program. He ran away in his early teens, feeling he was rejected by his birth mother, and used his psychic powers to manipulate his way through the criminal underworld. He's done many crimes such as: kidnapping, extortion, murder, terrorism, torture, theft, hijacking, and organizing mass riots, assassinations, looting and revolution.
