Background= Originally created as a controllable puppet for Cognito Inc., designed to replace the U.S. President. After being sabotaged by Rand Ridley, he malfunctioned, becoming hyper-militaristic and ultranationalist. Rebelled against programming after gaining self-awareness, brief period of genocidal intent and superiority towards humanity after Reagan connected him to the internet. After being deactivated/contained by Reagan in a tube in her secret room, gradually aligns himself with her team. Initially vows to escape and kill all life, but over time, grows reluctant and eventually willing to protect Cognito, Inc.
